thank you for these hints! question: doesn't all that moving of the skin around stretch the skin out? adding wrinkles?

I’ve had that tool for years. I love using it on my head and neck in the shower and down my arms to get things moving. I also have my rebounder. At 80 I have to keep things moving.

Great tool and excellent video. Pro tip: flip it and use the handle side for a smooth pass to really drain lymph.

I am getting this - lymphatic drainage is crucial for me having dealt with cancer. I love that this can be used all over the body. Also - thank you for your newsletter - your link to help find local farms with healthy meat, eggs and produce was a godsend! I love supporting local and I must have clean food!!! 💛

Have you done a video that concentrates on Caster Oil and its uses? If not, it would be great to see.

For $7.99 I ordered! Thanks,Kimberley. The reviews don't talk about facial use but you demonstrated this beautifully.

And I paid $55 for it, twice. Because I bought one about two years ago, then couldn't find it after using it a couple of months. So, I bought another one. I could have saved so much money 😮

I just finished watching Dr. Rajani on the same subject and I think having one with some vibration would be more helpful. I would store it in the fridge because coolness help with puffiness. When there is time, I’m going to check out some Asian beauty boutiques in my area and see what the prices are. Thank s for sharing the oils you are using to glide this device.

I have the same one, works great but lately I’ve been doing facial exercises and just using my hands. Both modalities are great for lymphatic drainage! ❤

Did exactly the same myself. Saw the tool on UA-cam being demonstrated by Jane Mann & was so impressed but with postage to OZ added was over AU$100 to buy just not in my budget. Went to Aliexpress & mine cost AU$7 with free postage. Also then brought an LED light gua sha for Au$14 which sells here for AU $75 Same product - same box same company in China. Also they have similar "roller tools" to use all novel body to wake up the fascia. Great on thighs & upper arms also no more than AU$10. Only time I've hesitated is wanting a silicone face mask They are between $50 -$100 look exactly the same as $400 - $500 to buy here in Australia but want to be sure they are FDA approved. No matter how expensive they are all made in China.

I bought mine off of Amazon. It arrived three days ago so I'm so happy to see this video!😊
You can also hold it upside down and use the smooth handle on your neck area.

I have the skin rollers and I thought I had to only use it in one direction - I guess I can go to and fro with them too?

Hi Kimberly, I bought mine on Amazon about 3 years ago for under £5, the supposed original cost about £60 then so I dread to think what it costs today. Makes ones skin feel alive. Love it

Kimberly … I have to thank you for the video about nebulyft . I had thought about this type of device before but I have so many others that I just let it go . But you talking about how good it felt with the warmth and your results peeked my interest .
Based on your thorough description of the different models, I chose the peach one because it’s smaller ( I have a small face and head ) and I want to target my hooded eyes and mouth . Had I not watched your video I probably would have gone for the black one and been disappointed with the size .
And you are so right , I look forward to using it in the morning , I love the feeling and how I see it stimulating my skin turning it pink . ( nothing turns my skin pink! )
Again thanks so much for your super informative videos !

Do you use castor oil on your face while you do your RLT? I have been using castor oil all around my eyes before I go to bed. Sleep with a sleep mask on and it really has helped my dry eye.

I love discovering your newsletter and listen to you every Sunday. I decided to order this gadget on the Internet. I must add that I am living in France and I was shoked because in the US, the price on the Amazon is 8$ whereas on the French Amazon, the same gadget costs 56,63€, e.g. about $59! Isn't that ridiculous ?

Me again … on today’s gadget .. can you put that horizontal on your collarbone ( with the bone in the center ) and gently go back and forth with it ? I always have tenderness just above my collarbone and it looks like this could
get into that space nicely .
Also are you still doing any form of micro needling ? I did it for a year but not sure I want to continue . I’m 70 and my skin looks great but you know I’m only going to get so far . We’re fighting the clock here ! lol

beautiful as always but please be careful using that around your neck because it can dislodge plaque that you might have and can cause a stroke. BTW it looks like you might have a clogged salivary gland.

It's just me I guess, but being older that looks like you are stretching out the skin. My skin is already stretched out enough just because of my age. I'm very interested in this and every time I see this I have the same reaction. I love all your videos and I'm not saying this in a cruel manner, this is just a personal reaction that I always get. Am I the only one?

I agree also. When consistent the change in texture brightness is amazing. Can also see the change in Kimberleys face when looking at her photos in the beginning of her journey. Jowl & chin line has definately more definition. Also think "clean eating" has benefits which she also practices.
