    Yes, please, I would love to see you do a video on the L-Theanine study.
    I have an anxiety disorder and L-Theanine helps me so much! I also put a dropperful of liquid L-Theanine into my occasional cup of caffeinated coffee. It prevents me from getting nervous and jittery and stops my heart from fluttering and skipping beats. (I used to drink nothing but caffeinated coffee every waking hour, but I switched to decaf a couple of years ago because my heart was going bananas and I was also having constant panic attacks.)

    After trying almost everything over the last 30 years for insomnia, prescription and over the counter, this product along with a gaba supplement works well. I don't feel groggy in the mornings. I do find I have to go off them every once and awhile for them to be effective though. It tends to make you dream more as well.

    I love l Theanine. I take 100 in the morning and before bed, I sleep good and the calmness is real. I wanted a peaceful calm to help with my blood pressure. Anything can set me off and my readings goes up either way.

      I’m not a doctor, but my medical team approved me to take it 4 years ago to help relieve my stress. I started taking it to help manage an autoimmune disease that was caused by stress. It works so well for my needs.

    Thank you for this! I just learned about and started taking L-theanine. I take GABA with this but curious about if that does anything. I think I notice some relaxation, but haven’t tried it intentionally as part of sleep hygiene. How long does L-theanine typically take effect? Is it something that is immediately felt or needed in the body over time to feel the effects?

    So I was using an acne control cleanser and that’s it. About a week later I switched to a non SA cleanser along with a light moisturizing gel, the day after i used these I got like 6 tiny bumps on my nose and I was wondering what I should do? Throw out the new cleanser and go back to SA cleanser or is it the moisturizer causing the problems? I don’t know please help.

    I took HTP three nights; about 50 mg and got really bad headaches. Did not feel good the next day. Melatonin does same thing to me and makes me tired the next day, even 1mg. I think some people are just sensitive too these, not sure why? I have been taking Theanine for 2 nights and this might be more my thing. Relaxes me so I can sleep. I feel just a little relaxed with Theanine the next day but will cut dose in half and see if that helps.

    It's a great supplement for many individual people, it's a terrible one when the person taking it is heavily dark-triad. They need that anxiety to self-control their dark behavior. People without dark-triad benefit from it because it helps them handle anxiety induced by manipulators. First-hand experience here.

    I am currently in between jobs and have no health insurance. By resting HR and BP is very high and was told in the emergency room that I need to be on meds to decrease my.mortality for cardiovascular events. Unfortunately just like heart, diabetic and cancer medicine is extremely expensive without insurance. I theanine is keeping me alive until my imsurrance kicks in at New job and can get.I'm proper meds and be monitored by a doctor. It's cheap widely available and have noticed a lowering in bp since taking 400mg a day since leaving ER. Doctor said its okay tp.take theanine but when I get insurance and start taking bp meds I have to stop taking theanine because it can drop bp to low when combined. I have a bp cuff and can see the difference when I take theanine. Should I follow.doctors orders and take bp meds and stop theanine? Or say.no to bp meds and keep taking theanine?

      I should also note that.ive.npt.only.experiemced.reduction in HR and BP but also when a stressful situation comes about I've noticed I'm more.calm and don't freak out and am able to adapt to the negative situation with a positive mindset. Not sure if that correlate, just giving my.subjective experience
