    I wish every christian sing was as original and instrumentally creative as this song. Hands down brilliant album. The riffs, guitar tones, FX, layering, song-writing, and production for this album were just unbelievable. While I find the new album is pretty solid, nothing on there comes anywhere near the level of songs like this one or several others from “There is a cloud.”

      The differences in opinions are interesting, because I love the new album, LOL. My favorite album was Only King Forever, with my least being Wake Up The Wonder.

    We have played this song a few times at church on Sunday mornings and I have never thought about the actual lead lines in it like this until tonight. I will be incorporating them into the next time in a couple months. Will be looking for the tabs for this on the website. Thank you or this.

    Definitely like the metronome, but wish it were quieter in the softer parts so I could hear the notes better. Overall the playthrough was great. Keep doing what you're doing Troy, you're a great help in the community.

      Trying to find the balance between the click being too loud in the soft parts and too quiet in the loud parts. Might just have to lower the track and click period and let the guitar stick out more. I’ll keep experimenting!

    Love your playing and love that you are clearly doing this for the Lord to further His kingdom. I hope this does not discourage you, but I personally like the metronome a little quieter. Keep on doing what your doing, it regularly benefits me in my playing for my home church. all glory to God

    Hey troy, guitar for his glory, i was checking one of you tutorials and i heard what you were explaining something about elevation worship and its interesting how i was asking my self those questions too , and not to criticize them but i understand how you explained, but here is a question for everybody, if their teachings are off , because i heard testimonies from people that left elevation worship, if ghey are off from jesus teachings, wouldn't be their songs too because who are they worshiping or singing to ?? . Thanks brother!, .

    How are you using the big sky and timeline with the two tempus’s? Essentially you have 3 verbs and one delay. Or 2 and 2 or 3 delays and one reverb. I am just curious of how this works??

    • @GuitarforHISGlory
      @GuitarforHISGlory  5 років тому +1

      The Tempus (Tempi?) carry the load for ambient stuff, while Strymons take care of the song-specific presets.

    • @GuitarforHISGlory
      @GuitarforHISGlory  5 років тому +1

      Johnny Cha-Rach I’m confused by your question. They’re the parts as written by the artists. I just copy them. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Was that your question? 😆 Help me out. LOL.

    • @johnnycha-rach1112
      @johnnycha-rach1112 5 років тому

      Guitar for HIS Glory like how do they create riffs or lead parts for the song. Technique, tools, steps, etc and also how to learn leads from songs. Sorry if it confusing

    • @GuitarforHISGlory
      @GuitarforHISGlory  5 років тому

      Johnny Cha-Rach I have a video on how I learn songs. As for how these guys write parts, you’ll have to ask them. A very basic response would be to use the major scale and follow the chord progression, keeping harmony and melody in mind. Some guys do that really well, which is why they’re the professionals.

    • @johnnycha-rach1112
      @johnnycha-rach1112 5 років тому

      Oh okay gotcha. sorry for the late reply... Ive always wondered alright like how did they create that part and make it sound like it works with the song ? Like what tricks, tips, scales, loops, etc. they used to create it. Cause I could never create something from scratch. I'm way too scared and also not professional enough yet. Also you are a very great guitar player, keep playing my brotha!@@GuitarforHISGlory
