    Guuuhhhh 🤤🤤. Honestly that pulled pork looks awesome BUT The Polish in me really appreciates that cabbage and with a little balsamic on it to add sweetness is just deeeeelishhh.

    Sounds like the cabbage is a good idea for a side! Following the this recipe on a cook while it's snowing here in Minnesota today. SNS still keeps her right at 250 despite the wind, snowflakes and whatnot. We are going with more of a taco seasoning for delicious tacos in a bout an hour!!!

    Wow you make it look so easy! How open are your vents to keep that temperature consistent? Do you close the lid before all of the charcoal is lit?

    • @JoshandBabe
      @JoshandBabe  2 роки тому

      I let the charcoal get lit, for about 10 minutes, then I put the lid on, I run the top and bottom bent at about a pencil with open, and normally it will hold temperatures if I just like the little corner of the charcoal

    This is great, rhank you. I have to ask though, why fat side down? I thought the idea was the fatcap was supposed to melt and baste the meat

    • @JoshandBabe
      @JoshandBabe  2 місяці тому

      Fat side up... fat could melt and baste the meat... Fat side down towards the heat source could protect the meat ... I guess you could argue both ways

      @JoshandBabe  2 роки тому +1

      Thank you so much for watching... We like to let it rest for at least 45 mins. The rub had very very very little heat. That rub is fantastic !!

    I noticed your water reservoir isn’t warped on the SNS like most. Any tips on how you’ve managed to not warp yours? Looking to order one. Thanks

    • @JoshandBabe
      @JoshandBabe  2 роки тому

      It has gotten more warped over time... I was just noticing that the other day. I think that comes from cooking without water in it all cook...
