Finally Craft and Glory getting it's due. I own two pairs of footwear from them and they are incredible. One pair of ranger boots and A pair of Dublin shoes.
I have their heritage backpack in saddle tan, legacy trifold wallet in vintage brown and their legacy belt in mocha brown. I absolutely love this company for what they offer. Insanely good products. I should add that their vintage brown is a softer leather compared to the rest of the leather options which feels substantially stiffer. Their saddle tan is reddish brown in colour.
Got 4 pairs from them 1. Ranger saddle tan 2. Custom ranger saddle tan with brogue pattern on the cap toe 3. Task boots vintage brown 4. Custom chelsea explorer in black I can personally vouch for the brand in terms of quality and customer service. I was never a sneaker fan but could not get great quality boots so i was forced to get sneakers They have changed the game for me and now that i own these i refuse to wear any other footwear. i have always been complemented on how great they look wherever i go. However i am not sure about the grade of leather they use or the tanning process used in their leather, nevertheless still love them. Waiting on them to make leather jackets for a while now!!
Another great video! Really appreciating the drop in volume on the music. Enjoying it, but at some points especially in previous videos it was overpowering you a bit.
Hey! yeah it's not allowed in India to use Cow meat or Cow hides due to a religious believe that's the reason we don't use Bovine hides. Very well explained by Dale!
How is the quality of the sole? I noticed it’s not vibram and one pair of handmade boots I ordered from Vietnam used an off brand wedge that was very squishy and cheap feeling
I have a pair of their Ranger boots with a wedge sole and while it’s a pretty good boot, my biggest problem is definitely the wedge sole. It’s really soft so it’s comfortable, but I use the boot for work and being on concrete all day has seemed to really wear the wedge sole down quickly. After a month of wear, it’s at the same point that my Irish settter Wingshooters are after about 9 months. But the Wingshooters also have a dual density outsole
It's EVA so most probably will wear out faster. I have been looking at their wedge sole Moc Toe boots for sometime but am reluctant on pulling the trigger due to this reason.
I ordered some boots from them as the result of this video. WORST service I have ever encountered from any shoe / boot maker. They fail to respond to emails and they never shipped my order. Not a company I would recommend. They sent me fake emails saying my order had shipped and there was a shipment failure. They tried to buy me off by saying they would enclose a free gift. I never received a shipment / tracking nbr. NO reflection on Dale ! I did a charge back on my CC and moved on....
Not surprising. They have marketing and it looks shady. They also have reddit reviews that seem to be posted by shills or are paid. Something just doesn't feel right with this brand. Maybe I'm being paranoid but your customer service experience is what i was worried about along with construction quality. Haven't seen anyone cut these open and review yet.
My boots arrived in a box that looked like it had been slashed with a carton knife, there was no tote bag and the wrapping paper in the box was scrunched. It looks like my boots were returned by someone else and then reshipped to me. I won't be buying from them again.
@@craftandglory Hi, I just checked your size chart and it's a little confusing for me. I wear US13, UK12, EU47 and 31cm on Red Wing Moc toe. Your size chart UK12, US13, EU46 and 30cm. I just don't know if size UK12 will be my size. :(
I guess I'd be worried that these would kill my feet with the no arch deal. The price seems otherwise appealing, I guess, but I'm less crazy about kudu leathers and such, too.
I don't seem to see monkey boots coming with taller shafts from anybody, either. Maybe the Indonesians are a bit more open to the more customized specs that I would want, but certainly would cost three times more or something.
@@markbradshaw8966 Yes, but as I get older I worry more about EXTENDED comfort and find that after a couple hours of wearing some wedge soles my feet definitely hurt worse, but I haven't tried all the brands extensively yet. I am considering getting a couple pairs of the PNW versions that have the wedge AND the extra arch later this year already.
The boots look nice and well built but the insoles don't match the width of the boot. The boot is the correct width for my foot but my foot overlaps the insole. When I emailed customer service, they said that the insoles are a standard dye cut insole and there is no issue. They'd send me wider ones but it would cost me $22. I don't think this is acceptable. I have never bought a shoe or boot where the insole isn't the width of the boot. The last 2 emails that I have sent customer service have now gone ignored so I assume that they're ignoring me. Poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend.
Hey! I'm really sorry you had a bad experience with us. We work hard to & want to make sure you have a good experience with the brand , do share your issue to the customer Support we'll be happy to assist you!
Thanks for speaking so highly about our Boots & Brand!!🙌
What’s the insole material?
And is the insole removable?
My absolute pleasure!
The insole looks like leather & foam and yes it's removable

Really appreciate how blatantly honest you're! I'm a big fan of craft and glory as well. Keep up the good work!
They have some gorgeous boots. Even their sneakers are really nice. They're next on my list of

Love monkey boots! Might have to purchase a pair of Craft & Glorys
I’ll check them out. They look roomy in the toe box yet still look stylish.
Im getting one of those bags! Soon! And i mean yours!

Thankyou so much!!
I ordered mine, today. I was worried they would be discontinued by the time I needed them. 😱
im making a wallet out of arif and sons water buffalo while i watch this video. Great video as always.

Thanks for the tip!
@9:14 They _steer_ away from bovine hides?
Lol 😂 good catch

@@craftandglory that was going to be my guess to why
How is the sizing on these? Did you find they fit true to their size guide, larger or smaller? Any references would help. Cheers!
I’ve been looking to get a pair. I’m a 9 in Red Wings. What size do you think I’d be in them?

Always! 😂
There does not seem to be anything on their website on sizing

Those are bad ass
What about sizing? I wear US13 in Red Wing moc toe. 😊
I'm a 11.5 on the machine. I wear 11 in Thursday & Redwing and these are 10.5 UK sizing. I believe there's a chart on their website.
Thanks for the explaining that to him, we really appreciate the support!@@markbradshaw8966
You can refer to our size chart on our website! Thanks!😊

Hey! The Arch is there on the inside the EVA makes them look a little flat tho. But we'll definitely improve on it.
I only wore these boots once before giving them to Dale and they were very comfortable right out of the box.

I was wondering who would be interested he first (in the west) to review this brand
I own 6 products from them , they offer great quality for the price......

Everything is awesome! Again…. I’m really sorry. I wish you the best, but I’m looking for authentic reviews rather than commercials.
Out
Their customer care is subpar at best. The WhatsApp support I mean. They respond rudely.
Not my experience personally. I thought customer care was decent. They were always cordial via Whatsapp. Just my experience.
Could be hit and miss and they could be outsourcing CS to 3rd parties I’m not sure
Nope customer service right now are the main founders from what I have gathered
