Are there monthly or annual dues for maintenance on these types of properties in Paris? (we call them home owners association fees in the States)
Hi Joe, yes there are. It’s very similar to the HOA and covers maintenance, management, cleaning of the building. There is a meeting once a year to discuss building life and future improvement works. Major items are voted at this point (roof, facade etc).

Thats an incredible discount if you can get that! Some people prefer courtyard as is much quiet, especially if light sleepers or work from home.
