- This 3-night backpacking trip in the Carneddau Mountains of Snowdonia was one of the best things I have ever done in my life.. it filled me with immeasurable joy and set my soul on fire. as I commented there it took me back 50 years when myself and a few friends were walking and camping those same trails.
We tried the 14 peaks walk a few times but weather always got in the way :)
Eventually we did it but over 2 days not one.

Absolutely loved this one! The bit at the end... explaining your everyday life and having moments of being on adventure... made me tear up a bit! It's so easy to get lost in the day to day... especially being a parent (on top of all the other adult responsibilities), there's always so much to do for everyone else, we often forget about ourselves. I've actually learned allot from you channel.... not just the adventure bits, but also reminding me to turn inward, to be content/find happiness within myself, and enjoy the little things just as much if not more than the big things. It's not about having all these expensive material things, but the happiness and gratitude of the everyday.
Heyy, yep I think its so important to take care of our needs so that we can be fulfilled and be the best parents / partners / daughters / etc that we can be :)
Mm I agree, I've never been much into material things (aside from the gear I use to go on these trips and film them of course 😄) but I think for me, experiences and memories and actually 'living' is so much more valuable 💚

Oh Claire, the ending brought a tear to my eye, you are such a beautiful person in and out and your videos make my heart glad. The smile on your son’s face tells you exactly what a wonderful person you are, indeed it was his smile that did it for me, you’re doing a wonderful job as Mum, provider and adventurer.
If truth be known, your videos are my guilty pleasure; my comfort food. Having 10 grandchildren and constantly looking after 3, 4 or 5 of them on a daily basis is stressful at times. One in particular, (21 month old) is so clingy to me that he is a proper Gang’s boy and a handful at times. At the end of a long day looking after the grandchildren your videos totally de-stress me and take me to a different world. So thank you Claire for sharing your wonderful videos and the little snippets of your life. You are far from ordinary, you’re extraordinary. Your sparkling personality outshines that of any diamond.

Haven't been to Snowdonia since I was at school in the UK over 50 years ago before I left to live in Australia. Your hiking and camping experiences are vastly different to those I encounter. You spend lots of time with magnificent views whereas my time is frequently spent bashing through dense bushland with the views earned only after breaking out onto alpine heath above 1000m asl. Inspiring videos. Look forward to those that follow.

You are a veritable water baby. You cannot resist plunging into every water pond. I used to do that on hot days backpacking in the Lake District, many years ago, so refreshing.
Its hard to put into words how exceptional a videographer you are. Your outlook and approach to your journeys, the way you film and edit, your musical choices etc are exceptional. and as @solarwind1469 said below - often your closing comments leave me in tears. Wow🏞🤩, that was unreal, amazing 3 day adventure. You captured the place so well, and how you managed to look 'alone' at Aber Falls is beyond me haha😂👏. That first camp looked amazing, perfect sunset 🌇 into the sea! Some hard walking there, especially with no path, hard as iron you are💪. Just a stunning video all round, and to end in the sea itself, brilliant. Top job mate, truly one of the best video out there, and your videos go up to 11🤘😉🤩
