    I love porridge for breakfast too.
    The prawn and chickpea salad looks delicious. I’m going to try that. It’s great for pack up. I get bored with the same lunches etc. Thanks for sharing ❤xxx

    Did you know that SW would have you syn the chickpeas because you tweaked them in the airfyer! I don’t bother, how could they be any more? What a great lunch recipe, I’m having that today. Thanks and I would love slow cooker recipes please!

      I think as long as chickpeas are within a meal they are fine ..if you were snacking on them then yes to protect your weight loss and your eating a lot then definitely think about syns

    Yes please to slow cooker uploads AND that salad looked divine Chell. I eat porridge like you but stir in chia seeds before topping with fruit. No only are they so good for your health in general, they help with weight loss too. x

    I normally track both too lol 😂. I guess as well if you did have something that wasn’t 💯 SW it would be ok if still in a deficit. I wish we could have 2 HEB a day xxx
