Ingredients List
Monday - Chicken and Butternut Squash Curry (Serves 4)
Ingredients
Spray oil
1 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp curry powder
50g ground almonds
600g boneless chicken breasts, diced
300ml chicken stock
2 Bay leaves
200g butternut squash, cut into large cubes
100g green beans, ends cut
50ml Greek yoghurt
Salt and pepper
Tuesday - Slow Cooker lasagne soup with cheesy ricotta balls
Ingredients (serves 6)
400g 5% fat beef mince
2 slices of bacon medallions, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
5 tbsp tomato puree
400g tin chopped tomatoes
240g passata
1.2 litres chicken stock
1 tsp granulated sugar
150g broken dried lasagne sheets
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
80g ricotta
20g parmesan
40g grated mozarella
Wednesday - Veggie Fried Rice (serves 2)
3 spring onions
1 courgette
baby corn
Brocolli
1/2 pack vivera shawarma
1 portion of rice
1/2 vegetable stock cube
1tbsp soy sauce
Thursday - Prawn Creation (serves 4)
2 packs prawn creation
6x spring onions
pak choi
garlic
red pepper
1/2 cup of peas
Pack of prawns
4 eggs
Friday - Salt & Pepper Curry Chicken (serves 2)
1 large chicken breasts
2 flatbreads
1/2 red pepper
4 spring onions
1 large potato
1 egg
2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp sweetner
1 tsp chinese five spice
1t tbsp soy sauce
28g curry sauce

That food is anything but healthy sadly, the rice alone is a nightmare for health and blood sugar, and potatoes need I say more...for people who are carb sensitive it will raise insulin and turn on the fat storage hormone then you can forget about weight loss until the sugars get used up by the liver, and by the time that happens time to eat again so you're again not utilising your own body fat for energy, I was trying to lose weight with this kind of food it never worked for me until I started very low carb keto and I was able to lose over 100 pounds in less than a year and I've been on it ever since over 15 years now and never been healthier and my blood work looks amazing. Probably works for you because you are not very overweight to begin with at this point and you're not going over too many calories
