Thank you so much, I’ve previously used tefal or a smaller frying pan from Asda which is ok. To be honest I think fry light eventually ruins most pans so going to try a spray oil instead. I have just ordered some tefal stackable pans which I haven’t tried yet but got good reviews x

Well done on your weight loss. You’re doing really well. Your meals always look lovely 🥰. I love making pizza wraps with the Asda weight watchers wraps. The dip looks lovely ☺️. I use laughing cows a lot with jacket potatoes and toast instead of butter. I boil up eggs to snack on too. Otherwise, like you say, you snack on crisps etc. It’s bad when hubby loves McCoy crisps and they’re probably the worst ones you can have lol 😂. The chilli meatballs look amazing. There is so much to do with mince. I love simple bolognese too. Thanks so much for sharing. You really inspire me. I’ve been feeling down this week, but your video has really cheered me up 😊xxxx
Hi Chelle great recipes, the food looks so nice and considering it’s slimming world it’s just like you’re eating normal food which is brilliant. Just a little tip if it helps you you know when you throw your onions and stuff in the pan if you were to just add a splash of hot water out the kettle, it would bring out all the flavours really gives good flavour

If you have a good non stick pan you can use minimal to no oil. I actually use demerara sugar with onions for extra caramelisation (any sugar will simply make the meal more filling, taking longer to get hungry again, whereas oil tends to be a "bonus" calorie, not reducing appetite elsewhere) whilst splashing water to dissolve the brown bits so nothing burns. It's surprising how much flavour can be had this way using carrot, potatoes and onions. Last one the top fell off the salt though just as I was about to tuck in!

That breakfast idea looks lovely, I may try that, but instead of onions I'll swap it for mushrooms.
