I am posted in a remote area of uttarakhand. It is extremely cold here. Temperature drops to minus in winters. So i discontinued skipping dinner in past 4 months (dec to march). But I will start it back from april onwards. Yes please do it. I was 88 kg. I went down to 78 kg. Only by skipping dinner. I used to have breakfast and lunch pet bharke. And milk with some nuts or makhane at 7.30 or 8pm.

Intermittent definitely has benefits but depends on the requirement. Secondly can a diabetic be prescribed fasting or someone with a BP condition ? In this case they would end up having hypoglycemia that means low blood sugar and that could be fatal. Now most importantly if someone has chosen to eat from 12pm -8pm in Intermittent. This way they don’t skip their dinner. Kindly read research well and seek advice of the experts Only. The best approach is follow a balanced diet with appropriate quantities of various food groups. Skipping meals is never advisable from a sustenance point of view .

I am not eating my dinner from last 1 month but I have never experienced mid night craving. You body will get use to it sooner or later.
