Delicious as usual 🤤. Couple questions though: the list of the ingredients in the description box doesn’t match the measurements in your video . Example #1: video you said 1 cup Lupin and 1 cup whey protein and description says 3/4 cup each. Example #2: video you have 4 eggs I think and description says 1 egg, but at the end we didn’t get to see how many eggs you ended up using. I’m a little lost, could you please clarify if we should take as is the list of ingredients from the description box? Thanks 😊
Hi! There should have been a banner across the screen, correcting my mistake in the amount of flours. Also, it’s Wheat Protein Isolate and not Whey Protein. In the bowl there is four eggs but I guess the apart about me explaining why I had that many must have gotten cut for some reason. You want to you 1 egg unless your dough seems too dry then add more. Sorry for the confusion. Go by the written ingredients. 🥰
Can you teach me the difference betweewn WPI and vital wheat gluten It seems like to me that both of them are actually gluten which is protein from wheat
