    Get a 20-minute hip and thigh workout at home without weights, this video includes a few of the BEST exercises to shape the lower body for lean legs. Remember: you can't SPOT reduce an area or lose weight from a particular part of your body. Losing weight affects the whole body and therefore you can’t specify a certain area to lose it from. However, what you can do is start to love your body and build on its strength, endurance, and power. You can choose to focus on strengthening different areas of your body with my UA-cam videos. Working on the health of your whole body will help you feel better overall and define a more toned figure. So if you want a workout to strengthen your hips and thighs - this 5-minute video routine has you covered! We will move through all of my favorite exercises for a stronger lower body. Roll out your mat, press play, and ENJOY!

    I'm new at excersizing. Im overweight 13 days ago I was 235lbs now on my journey I'm 226lbs. I'm so excited to try this one tomorrow looks like its really challenging and hard. But I'm up for it. Thank you so much.

    I was suffering with high hamstring tendonitis pain, I did watch your video. I did follow the exercises just ONCE; and the pain immediatley disappeared with just one session. I keep doing it.     Caroline, I just wanted to let you know how thankful I am for you and this video. I’ve been doing your workouts since March and recently took a break to do a Chloe Ting challenge. However this week I’ve been extremely depressed and have felt unable to continue the challenge.     I have weird hips and have been slacking on doing more restorative work on them because I’ve just been so caught up in everything else. This routine really helped me relieve some pain and tightness as well as made me feel better on my rest day where I mainly focus on yoga, thank you.     Thank you so much for doing these videos. I have been doing the get rid of hip pain with this hip mobility routine for about 5 days now and I can't tell you how much it has helped. I had been trying every exercise I had ever been taught and physical therapy and every stretch and nothing was getting rid of my hip pain and after I do this I have no hip pain! I just did this lean lay grew teen after the stretchers and I feel wonderful! I can't tell you how much I appreciate you!

    Very hard, whoa it needs a recovery stretch after this exercise I thought. Hope you can put time of stretch recovery with the exercise such a hard one like this. Thank you.

    Hi!! Do you have any streching pelvic exercises? I've heard hip streching helps for first time moms to be to have a bit less of pain when contracting during the birth... Thanks for helping!! I'm loving your videos during these times, I love your methods and your energy, thank you a lot!!!
