    Material List
    Red Heart Super Saver OMBRE (4) Medium weight yarn. (10 oz/ 283 g/ 482 yds/ 440 m) each skein:
    4 skeins color # 3966 Jazzy or color of your choice.
    Crochet Hook size 10-J (6 mm)
    To change the size of the afghan use the stitch multiple of 10 plus 2. If you make the afghan larger, you will need more yarn.

      Same here. Self taught and started making blankets for my grandchildren. The oldest is now 34. I have started making them for my great grandchildren. I love watching all the videos too.

    Thanks , Glenda , for this Tutorial . I have a terrible time with ripple, zig-zag , or Chevron stitch . When I first started to crochet , I was taught to do the Granny square . My Sister was taught the ripple , so we would not fight over who did a better blanket . That was 55 years ago . Love and Hugs .

    I love this pattern so much. I am working on one in the jazzy color way but I have 2 skeins of hickory ombre and 2 of cocoa so I am going to make a neutral ombre blanket. Thanks for your easy to follow instructions.

    I used the exact same yarn to make one of my granddaughters a poncho and lined it with fleece. Love this yarn. Works up so nicely.

    Love this. My grandmother made an ombré afghan for each grandchild when they graduated high school. I still have the two she made for herself and my grandfather 70 years ago. Thank you so much for this! ❤️. By the way, the purple is “a-nim-o-nee”. It is a flower in the buttercup family that comes in shades of purple.
