- Today I wish to show how easy our Kawasaki Zephyr 750 cafe-racer kit could be installed.

For demonstration I shot a video on which I installed the kit on my own 1991 Kawasaki Zephyr 750. As you may see it is modified, but since its frame intact and mostly standard it was suitable for demonstration.
I didn't dare to install the tail which is already primed, so I prepared another tail. Same thing with the license plate holder. Instead of a ready holder I used a unit which I used for some experiments. So no cafe-racer kit for my client did not participate.
As you may see from the video, installation itself takes 5 minutes. It is easy and could be performed without any special tools or modifications. - Авто та транспорт

Where did you get this bike
If you do mean motorcycle: I bought it many years ago and since then I gradually modified and upgraded it. If you mean cafe-racer kits for Kawasaki Zephyr (750 and 550): I make them to order.

Yes, slim passenger still could fit. However, in Germany motorcycle with kit have to be registered as single seater.

Hello. My Zephyr 750 equipped with original spoked wheels (came from Zephyr 750 1996-1999, D-model). However, these days such wheels are hard to find. You may try to find a pair of those wheels on Ebay or find someone, who will build custom spoked wheels to fit Zephyr.

He is ukranian, and he got invited to the army. So now he cant build anything until the war is over. :(

Sorry for such a late reply. I am located in Ukraine. Unfortunately, due to the war (Russian invasion, cruel and unprovoked act of aggression) I was forced to postpone my projects and parts manufacturing. I volunteered for the army this Spring. Now I am at the frontline, doing my best defending my country. Hope one day I’ll return to my workshop and my projects. Then, if I come across Zephyr 1100, I may design a similar kit for it too.
