The destroyer is not a galaxy level entity it is a conceptual level entity. If basically gets as strong as it needs to to destroy anything in front of it and it is unkillable. The eridians had the technology to scan the entire universe for something that could destroy it and found nothing because it is the embody of destruction itself. Then they tried to make a weapon that could fight it and that was the warrior. And it held off the entire destroyer long enough for it to be sealed using the lives of all of the eridians and the previous leach as a medium. Also it should be mentioned that there is a 7th siren that for some reason is warned to never be found. We don't know what it does, but that warning was even more adamant than against releasing the destroyer.

No. Simple As. His enemies are run of the mill squishy aliens that are just a bit of a bullet sponge at times when it comes to bosses and minis. They aren't gods. Davoth is practically a god. The enemies Duke faces probably can't even match the Super Heavies. I say this as a very long time fan of Duke. He stands no chance.

I think the main argument with borderlands is even more complicated than people think. Liliths moon feat was to litteraly freeze the moon in place, countering the power of the destroyer, the ancients, and tyrene. She also aimed to do so without killing all the people on the moon. Shes also not dead specificaly unless stated somewhere that i havent read. The second issue is scaling. Borderlands guns scale near infinitly to the point where even planetary level being can be one shot. They can truggle to kill an ant or humble a god. The third issue is that half the borderlands universe is comprised of cyborgs. Almost every single person is enhanced wnd posseses personal shielding.theres also things like the hive mind of the pschos. This calls the corruptions affects into doubt. Basicaly though, this isnt a war. The borderlands will have absolutly zero difficulty until something like the icon of sin shows up. At that point it and anything beyond it has to contend with universal beings like green guy, and all the galactic reality warping bullshit that the guardians, ancients and sirens can do. The Bosses may be seriously powerful, but the borderlands has the power and hax to bring them down. As for the creator though, thats absolutly where they stop. They lose that battle currently, but we may see even greater beings on his level emerg in borderlands 5.
That's just adding napalm to a fire. Die hard Warhammer fans will argue the Chaos Gods are multiversal and easily stomps Doom. But my counter argument to that is that the Chaos Gods can't even conquer the milky way galaxy, and the current big bad of the 10th edition are the Tyranids.
The thing about sirens isn’t that they’re bound by fate, they the only true fate makers. They are the only beings with free will always. Their choices are the only true ones in existence. They can’t be influenced or manipulated. Obviously they can be beaten, but they are still incorruptible. Also you completely underestimate the power of the destroyer. It is also a MULTIDIMENSIONAL being. It eats universes that it’s only objective. It’s like a lovecractian horror. They only contain it. When pandora breaks it will be released regardless. That’s just its prison, I don’t think anyone will choose to it’s just gonna happen.

Id love to see Doom invasion vs battle cats, warframe, warhammer 40k, and possibly pokemon. I cant say much for any of these but warframe, and warframes, they may not be universal, but they have hax, limbo can warp 2 dimensions into eachother at will, wisp can make portals to alternate dimensions, the void has the potential to be a hyperversal level threat and most frames can move through it, and use its power for whatever they need, the strongest frames can even destroy void manifestations with ease, with some statements in warframe saying that the void can create pocket space of infinite size, the void is honestly a mess, and these frames can deal with the [Spoiler]'s plans for the most part, some frames even have soul and death manipulation, yes, you read that right, theres a frame with death manipulation, he can autokill any being on contact excluding gameplay restrictions, he can ignore defenses of all kind, and cannot be killed as long as theres beings around him, these things are crazy strong for no reason.
In the Cyberpunk 2077 this is all that talk about "military grade gear" or like the anime Smasher says that Sandevistan isnt even anything special, just a standard military implant. Or how beefed out is MaxTac. So basically the question is not if Cyberpunk universe could survive DOOM invasion, but only night city.
One thing against the whole thing that V was able to defeat the chimera, he defeated it after it was weakened. The whole reason it doesn’t just ram V and Myers is because it literally can’t. There’s a reason the majority of the time it’s on screen you’re running AWAY from it.

lol damn. I JUST commented on the original video with something not addressed here. Ah well I'll copypasta it here and add a bit: Cyberspace in cyberpunk is treated as its own dimensional layer in the world. That's more literal in its spiritual sister game Shadowrun but its not incorrect to think of it same way in Cyberpunk too. The demons would absolutely attack it and get through it and use it as a means of invasion as it is a faster way to spread than simple smashing and destroying. Which means the demons will adapt to be hackable, doubly so with the cyberpunk citizens who are converted. However that doesn't really give V or Adam Smasher any sort of advantage considering the speed at which this would happen. It might help them if the superheavies become hackable as a result but they wouldn't get much further regardless. HOWEVER... The black wall. The *things* beyond it. Infinite artificial entities replicating and consuming each other at light speed mashed together from billions of consciousnesses of fried netrunners and rouge programs. It is a chaotic living mass of perfectly ordered malice. THAT is the thing the demons would have to fight against. A mass of entities that takes every single aspect around them and adapts to surpass and overcome them or adapts those things into themselves, capable of leaking into the real world by infecting systems and equipment and the demons too if they end up infiltrating that front. V and Adam Smasher would eventually lose, but its likely the Black Wall and the rogue eldritch horrors beyond it would stand a much better chance. The cyberpunk *world* would be destroyed by the end of the fighting in terms of human life without a doubt but I don't actually know if it would end with mutual destruction or demonic victory. ADDING: And the physical locations where a lot of this old net is located is not physically assalutable. While i'm not entirely sure exactly what sorts of machines defend these sites there have been multiple military campaigns to reclaim or destroy them and they just... haven't worked. Even a little bit. I'm pretty sure the amount of defenses are never really elaborated upon but to hold of sustained military attacks that include no doubt very, *very* large bombs and tanks and troops and all sorts of weapons we can probably only speculate on. For a physical assault to work the demons would probably have to glass, bust, or even crack large parts of the planet. Which they very well might be able to do. But at that point I mean... everything is destroyed. The demons didn't get the conquest they wanted out of it. EDIT: I have done some digging and asking around. While there have been physical assaults on the facilities that are thought to contain the entities beyond the blackwall, and while there is quite a bit of resistance, the failure of these attacks are just as much due to not being able to find the actual locations these entities are housed. So its entirely possible they may have infected equipment and machines to build additional housing facilities that the humans don't know about to remain hidden.

What's funny about the revive system in borderlands, you can get a message saying "you died the first time" "you're just a hologram" "don't think about it too much" so everything in the borderlands universe is a hologram? My question is though if you're scaling at peak universe power why not mention the OP levels. Op ten enemies are vastly stronger than anything else and the vault hunters are able to handle being 10+ levels below their enemies, enemies that get massive damage reduction for being so much higher level.
That’s like barely a fair comparison. The only thing that would pose a threat is davoth and the slayer himself, and we all know the slayer would be just a mighty warp demon slayer and khornes favorite gladiator.

If you kill them like their soul still survives and then goes back to hell to be reconstructed and goes back to fight you so if you have something that could destroy soul it’s not gonna end well for you also doom, slayer, absorbed souls that’s technically why he gets health back after killing them.
I think the dragoon would be useful 620 pounds of metal, piloted by a human brain. Capable of speed of that of a 4×4 combat car and able to take as much damage as a afv which stands likely for armored fighting vehicle.
6:10 Honestly I feel like this is a gameplay vs lore thing, cause besides V dodging attacks, I don't think they're that much more durable than Panam or any other cyberpunk character. Adam Smasher is made of mostly metal so his durable makes sense, but V is made of mostly flesh like every other person.
My response to your reason the doom humans were able to to use argent energy and not other humans due to samuel being a maykr is that the whole Samur Maykr thing is a polt hole. If he was Samur Mayker why did he tell the slayer to delete vega whom he knew to be the father? So Humans did figure out who to use argent without maykrs so humans in other universes could too.
Maybe he himself was planning to salvage Vega and has been communicating to him since before he got scrapped by demons, just to keep an eye on Doom Guy if ever he will need him again when he sent him away

Where was it said in-game that he was deleting the link between doom guy and vega? If Vega really was spying on the slayer for Samuel, why did he defy Samuel's commands? In Samuel's famous "You can't just shoot a hole into the surface of mars..." Vega didn't hesitate to help the slayer. And this is just an example.
I'd argue that control is more valuable that raw power. And as such anahatium would rank above the icon because she's equal in power but has better control.
I need to confirm this, I heard that the doomguy after the divinity machine power boost actually punched the champion so fucking hard that it died, something seemingly impossible.
He had some of the father's power put into him, and the father's power is from a seraphim(?) that took some of Daveth's infinite power from his soul orb when he was defeated, so it'd make sense. A part of a part of infinity is still probably powerful enough to do something like that. But I don't know, I don't know a whole lot of doom lore. Maybe it happened?
as far as I'm aware, according to the testaments he fought with a sword and this was before the armor and the crucible sword i believe... but then again in eternal it shows a mighty titan that has fallen and sameul hayden claiming that, the dead titan is when the legend of the doom slayer was born and if that was true he killed it with the crucible. But then again, if that is not the Champion then the sword that was used to slay his first titan was lost during that battle. So the question remains... how did he kill the champion?!
I'm not here to argue against ya mate but I will rat out the bloody Borderlands people and say that they forgot to mention the bloody 7th Siren (most things about her is unknown but) she is supposed to be stronger than all of the other 6 sirens all put together. The Crysis stuff I do agree with you since most of the feats of Prophet come from tech and purely science. I was going to make the argument that Samuel Hayden was human but he could've been a mayker in human form and due to that he was forced to make a robotic body that could withstand his "Holy" essence. I can't say much on CyberPunk since I've only finished one ending and don't want to go through the constant hassle of texture pop-in's and game crashes. At the end of the day though I just come here for the intriguing prospect and seeing who comes out on top so good job and keep up with this stuff.
Samuel Hayden IS a Maykr. This is revealed in the Ancient Gods DLC. Cyberpunk is a genuinely great game now and doesn’t have any texture pop in anymore. They really fixed the game. Glad you enjoyed. Stay tuned for more.

Now this game did technically take place in a different universe because you don’t play as doom guy, but if I remember it correctly, they had like this pocket dimension thing, and they were experimenting in there and it was on Mars and then the demon came into pocket dimension, and then just teleported into the main dimension.

The void is on a different level then normal space. Their are beings there that see our existence as little more then an entertaining diversion. The technological level present has demonstrated the ability for the consumption of stars to power their equipment. one being in the Duviri Paradox could reset time and alter reality on whim. The Tenno themselves are borderline invincible and possess broad reality warping powers even when not in warframes. Insane feats include Atlas cracking a giant asteroid apart, Gauss disarming an entire minefield in like a second, and others. They dont necessarily scale to Davos, but even if they can't win the fact that they scale well enough to require a being with Davos's universe creating powers to bring them down is a sign of just how strong they are.

I’d LOVE for the demons to mess with James Heller from prototype 2. Sentient virus that absorbs and becomes who it infects, great healing factor, shrugs off and dishes out A LOT of damage, moves at the speed of sound, becomes stronger the more people or creatures he consume’s. Heller would see the endless horde of demons as an endless all you can eat buffet, getting stronger and faster constantly!

Smasher is technically weaker in 2077 than he was when he fought Blackhand, because, the body he is using is a Dragoon body, which is good, powerful, but, his strongest is quite probably the DaiOni body. the Dragoon is more versatile, but the DaiOni is supposed to be stronger, tougher, bigger, Way more Heavily armed, and generally more powerful. and Blackhand was able to stalemate it is single combat, until the nuke went off.

V wasn't anything special. The whole point of Cyberpunk was to upgrade to get the job done. The ttrpg allows to reverse engineer things in order to adapt to the task.. I agree Doom would win once you start the demigod tier.. I just believe more people would would upgrade to meet the assault.
I know one thing that could beat a doom invasion. Godzilla Ultima's true form. In the novelization of singular point the true form is stated to be a 14th dimension being with passive reality warping powes. Even in the show these powers are shown. And its alos implied he veiws the multiverse as a sort of fiction kind of like how we see fiction.

The thing with Crysis and Ceph energy source is that it is as close to magic as sci-fi gets, it is stated to be Ceph hive mind thoughts. How does thoughts become energy? Who the f*ck knows. I don't really buy the argument that argent energy is somehow on a different level that Nanosuit shouldn't be able to adapt to it, saying that since Nanosuit is reverse engineered Ceph, is the reason why it can use Ceph energy is a better argument. Regardless, it could be either way, Nanosuit MIGHT be able to figure it out.🤷♂
The nano suit could potentially use the argent energy’s properties if they were to physically interact with some and figure out how to use it but Prophet and his world is doomed no matter what. There is absolutely no chance he could kill some of the bigger bads like The Icon of Sin and I even struggle to see how he could face a Marauder. Even if the nano machines could utilize the Argent energy that wouldn’t be much of a boost against demons that already use it to its full extent. For example Archviles and as mentioned Marauders. Plus as mentioned in the video the only beings that understood argent energy and how to use it were literal angels. If the Maykers or more specifically Samur Mayker hadn’t shown humans how to use Argent energy mankind would have been wiped out.
@@Mykostyne I don’t believe so. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve played or read up on a crisis game but I don’t recall him being able to absorb weapons from reality. I’m pretty sure the extent of that was absorbing energy through the suit itself which was enough to completely learn how to use the energy and then using that energy to power seth weapons. Even if he could the Marauder is much faster and supposed to be somewhat on the same level as a top tier knight sentinel. Since he’s a corrupted version he’s even more powerful due to the overwhelming energy within him. Even if he could take out one Marauder I have no faith that he could kill multiple at once since they are much more powerful in groups of two to three.
I'm going to be real with you, I liked this video but man do I hate powerscaling like this (not your fault). Also on an unrelated note I think that your statement that passive reality warping over time is greater than focused and choice based reality warping is kinda wrong. Personally, I think my version of zane from Borderlands 3 is strong and fast enough to give a siren a run for its money lol. One last thing. When scaling for stuff like this where do you draw the line between gameplay mechanics and in-universe feats of strength?
I’d say it is. If the Icon of Sin’s mere existence causes this to happen then imagine what he can do if he actually attempts to release his power. Passive is effortless. Activation isn’t. That’s the distinction I’m making but I didn’t put much weight in the argument and it didn’t dictate my final decision. Lore wise Sirens are stronger than Flak. Depends on the game. I try to use common sense. Generally I’ll go with lore and gameplay unless that gameplay contradicts lore.
I'll admit i haven't played borderlands. But if the story allowed characters to just 3d print themselves after death. That just sounds like a great way to ruin the story. So its probably for the best it isn't canon to the lore.
You could go with people surviving a Dead Space black marker event. Or hell, maybe one of these with infections in general, like take a civilization that can put up a good fight and thrown things like the Black Marker (Dead Space), The Flood (Halo), The Replicators (SG1), The Machine Army (Parahumans), The Zerg (Star Craft), Insect Spirits (Shadowrun), Mind Flayers (D&D), Vampires (pick a franchise), Gene Stealers/Tyranids (Warhammer 40k), etc into it, and see which can survive.
Note this is just a theory and I had to even go through just to make sure I was correct but Wolfenstein is Canon to the doom universe and this is all because of the cyber Demon it originally pops up in Wolfenstein before it was mechanized and you kill it it then later talks to something and then says that it’s gonna come back and kill your descendants. Its next appearance is fighting Doom guy.

I think the main argument with borderlands is even more complicated than people think. Liliths moon feat was to litteraly freeze the moon in place, countering the power of the destroyer, the ancients, and tyrene. She also aimed to do so without killing all the people on the moon. Shes also not dead specificaly unless stated somewhere that i havent read.
The second issue is scaling. Borderlands guns scale near infinitly to the point where even planetary level being can be one shot. They can truggle to kill an ant or humble a god.
The third issue is that half the borderlands universe is comprised of cyborgs. Almost every single person is enhanced wnd posseses personal shielding.theres also things like the hive mind of the pschos. This calls the corruptions affects into doubt.
Basicaly though, this isnt a war. The borderlands will have absolutly zero difficulty until something like the icon of sin shows up. At that point it and anything beyond it has to contend with universal beings like green guy, and all the galactic reality warping bullshit that the guardians, ancients and sirens can do. The Bosses may be seriously powerful, but the borderlands has the power and hax to bring them down. As for the creator though, thats absolutly where they stop. They lose that battle currently, but we may see even greater beings on his level emerg in borderlands 5.
But the question isn't whether they can defeat the god of the doom world. Only the demons

The thing about sirens isn’t that they’re bound by fate, they the only true fate makers. They are the only beings with free will always. Their choices are the only true ones in existence. They can’t be influenced or manipulated. Obviously they can be beaten, but they are still incorruptible. Also you completely underestimate the power of the destroyer. It is also a MULTIDIMENSIONAL being. It eats universes that it’s only objective. It’s like a lovecractian horror. They only contain it. When pandora breaks it will be released regardless. I cant say much for any of these but warframe, and warframes, they may not be universal, but they have hax, limbo can warp 2 dimensions into eachother at will, wisp can make portals to alternate dimensions, the void has the potential to be a hyperversal level threat and most frames can move through it, and use its power for whatever they need, the strongest frames can even destroy void manifestations with ease, with some statements in warframe saying that the void can create pocket space of infinite size, the void is honestly a mess, and these frames can deal with the [Spoiler]'s plans for the most part, some frames even have soul and death manipulation, yes, you read that right, theres a frame with death manipulation, he can autokill any being on contact excluding gameplay restrictions, he can ignore defenses of all kind, and cannot be killed as long as theres beings around him, these things are crazy strong for no reason.
In the Cyberpunk 2077 this is all that talk about "military grade gear" or like the anime Smasher says that Sandevistan isnt even anything special, just a standard military implant. Or how beefed out is MaxTac.
So basically the question is not if Cyberpunk universe could survive DOOM invasion, but only night city.
One thing against the whole thing that V was able to defeat the chimera, he defeated it after it was weakened. The whole reason it doesn’t just ram V and Myers is because it literally can’t. There’s a reason the majority of the time it’s on screen you’re running AWAY from it.

lol damn. I JUST commented on the original video with something not addressed here. Ah well I'll copypasta it here and add a bit:
Cyberspace in cyberpunk is treated as its own dimensional layer in the world. That's more literal in its spiritual sister game Shadowrun but its not incorrect to think of it same way in Cyberpunk too. The demons would absolutely attack it and get through it and use it as a means of invasion as it is a faster way to spread than simple smashing and destroying. Which means the demons will adapt to be hackable, doubly so with the cyberpunk citizens who are converted. However that doesn't really give V or Adam Smasher any sort of advantage considering the speed at which this would happen. It might help them if the superheavies become hackable as a result but they wouldn't get much further regardless.
HOWEVER... The black wall. The *things* beyond it. Infinite artificial entities replicating and consuming each other at light speed mashed together from billions of consciousnesses of fried netrunners and rouge programs. It is a chaotic living mass of perfectly ordered malice. THAT is the thing the demons would have to fight against. A mass of entities that takes every single aspect around them and adapts to surpass and overcome them or adapts those things into themselves, capable of leaking into the real world by infecting systems and equipment and the demons too if they end up infiltrating that front. V and Adam Smasher would eventually lose, but its likely the Black Wall and the rogue eldritch horrors beyond it would stand a much better chance. The cyberpunk *world* would be destroyed by the end of the fighting in terms of human life without a doubt but I don't actually know if it would end with mutual destruction or demonic victory.
ADDING: And the physical locations where a lot of this old net is located is not physically assalutable. While i'm not entirely sure exactly what sorts of machines defend these sites there have been multiple military campaigns to reclaim or destroy them and they just... haven't worked. Even a little bit. I'm pretty sure the amount of defenses are never really elaborated upon but to hold of sustained military attacks that include no doubt very, *very* large bombs and tanks and troops and all sorts of weapons we can probably only speculate on. For a physical assault to work the demons would probably have to glass, bust, or even crack large parts of the planet. Which they very well might be able to do. But at that point I mean... everything is destroyed. The demons didn't get the conquest they wanted out of it.
EDIT: I have done some digging and asking around. While there have been physical assaults on the facilities that are thought to contain the entities beyond the blackwall, and while there is quite a bit of resistance, the failure of these attacks are just as much due to not being able to find the actual locations these entities are housed. So its entirely possible they may have infected equipment and machines to build additional housing facilities that the humans don't know about to remain hidden.
technically if you follow the rule of Skyrim you could learn the power of the dovakin (the thu'um only) true downloading the info in your brain because people who ar not the dovakin can use it but need years of training like the The Greybeards or ulfric

What's funny about the revive system in borderlands, you can get a message saying "you died the first time" "you're just a hologram" "don't think about it too much" so everything in the borderlands universe is a hologram? My question is though if you're scaling at peak universe power why not mention the OP levels. Op ten enemies are vastly stronger than anything else and the vault hunters are able to handle being 10+ levels below their enemies, enemies that get massive damage reduction for being so much higher level.

If you kill them like their soul still survives and then goes back to hell to be reconstructed and goes back to fight you so if you have something that could destroy soul it’s not gonna end well for you also doom, slayer, absorbed souls that’s technically why he gets health back after killing them.

I need to confirm this, I heard that the doomguy after the divinity machine power boost actually punched the champion so fucking hard that it died, something seemingly impossible.
He had some of the father's power put into him, and the father's power is from a seraphim(?) that took some of Daveth's infinite power from his soul orb when he was defeated, so it'd make sense. A part of a part of infinity is still probably powerful enough to do something like that. But I don't know, I don't know a whole lot of doom lore. Maybe it happened?
as far as I'm aware, according to the testaments he fought with a sword and this was before the armor and the crucible sword i believe... but then again in eternal it shows a mighty titan that has fallen and sameul hayden claiming that, the dead titan is when the legend of the doom slayer was born and if that was true he killed it with the crucible. But then again, if that is not the Champion then the sword that was used to slay his first titan was lost during that battle. So the question remains... how did he kill the champion?!

I'm not here to argue against ya mate but I will rat out the bloody Borderlands people and say that they forgot to mention the bloody 7th Siren (most things about her is unknown but) she is supposed to be stronger than all of the other 6 sirens all put together.

I was going to make the argument that Samuel Hayden was human but he could've been a mayker in human form and due to that he was forced to make a robotic body that could withstand his "Holy" essence.
I can't say much on CyberPunk since I've only finished one ending and don't want to go through the constant hassle of texture pop-in's and game crashes.
At the end of the day though I just come here for the intriguing prospect and seeing who comes out on top so good job and keep up with this stuff.

Now this game did technically take place in a different universe because you don’t play as doom guy, but if I remember it correctly, they had like this pocket dimension thing, and they were experimenting in there and it was on Mars and then the demon came into pocket dimension, and then just teleported into the main dimension.

The void is on a different level then normal space. Their are beings there that see our existence as little more then an entertaining diversion. The technological level present has demonstrated the ability for the consumption of stars to power their equipment. one being in the Duviri Paradox could reset time and alter reality on whim. The Tenno themselves are borderline invincible and possess broad reality warping powers even when not in warframes.
Insane feats include Atlas cracking a giant asteroid apart, Gauss disarming an entire minefield in like a second, and others.
They dont necessarily scale to Davos, but even if they can't win the fact that they scale well enough to require a being with Davos's universe creating powers to bring them down is a sign of just how strong they are.

I’d LOVE for the demons to mess with James Heller from prototype 2. Sentient virus that absorbs and becomes who it infects, great healing factor, shrugs off and dishes out A LOT of damage, moves at the speed of sound, becomes stronger the more people or creatures he consume’s. Heller would see the endless horde of demons as an endless all you can eat buffet, getting stronger and faster constantly!

Smasher is technically weaker in 2077 than he was when he fought Blackhand, because, the body he is using is a Dragoon body, which is good, powerful, but, his strongest is quite probably the DaiOni body.
the Dragoon is more versatile, but the DaiOni is supposed to be stronger, tougher, bigger, Way more Heavily armed, and generally more powerful.
and Blackhand was able to stalemate it is single combat, until the nuke went off.

I know one thing that could beat a doom invasion. Godzilla Ultima's true form. In the novelization of singular point the true form is stated to be a 14th dimension being with passive reality warping powes. Even in the show these powers are shown. The thing with Crysis and Ceph energy source is that it is as close to magic as sci-fi gets, it is stated to be Ceph hive mind thoughts. How does thoughts become energy? Who the f*ck knows. I don't really buy the argument that argent energy is somehow on a different level that Nanosuit shouldn't be able to adapt to it, saying that since Nanosuit is reverse engineered Ceph, is the reason why it can use Ceph energy is a better argument. Regardless, it could be either way, Nanosuit MIGHT be able to figure it out.🤷♂
The nano suit could potentially use the argent energy’s properties if they were to physically interact with some and figure out how to use it but Prophet and his world is doomed no matter what. There is absolutely no chance he could kill some of the bigger bads like The Icon of Sin and I even struggle to see how he could face a Marauder. Even if the nano machines could utilize the Argent energy that wouldn’t be much of a boost against demons that already use it to its full extent. For example Archviles and as mentioned Marauders. Plus as mentioned in the video the only beings that understood argent energy and how to use it were literal angels. If the Maykers or more specifically Samur Mayker hadn’t shown humans how to use Argent energy mankind would have been wiped out.
If Prophet was able to absorb argent energy, would he be able to essentially absorb the marauder's blade?
@@Mykostyne I don’t believe so. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve played or read up on a crisis game but I don’t recall him being able to absorb weapons from reality. I’m pretty sure the extent of that was absorbing energy through the suit itself which was enough to completely learn how to use the energy and then using that energy to power seth weapons. Even if he could the Marauder is much faster and supposed to be somewhat on the same level as a top tier knight sentinel. Since he’s a corrupted version he’s even more powerful due to the overwhelming energy within him. Even if he could take out one Marauder I have no faith that he could kill multiple at once since they are much more powerful in groups of two to three.
I don't doubt for a moment that Jericho Cross can hold his own against demons.

I'm going to be real with you, I liked this video but man do I hate powerscaling like this (not your fault). Also on an unrelated note I think that your statement that passive reality warping over time is greater than focused and choice based reality warping is kinda wrong.
Personally, I think my version of zane from Borderlands 3 is strong and fast enough to give a siren a run for its money lol.
One last thing. When scaling for stuff like this where do you draw the line between gameplay mechanics and in-universe feats of strength?
I’d say it is. If the Icon of Sin’s mere existence causes this to happen then imagine what he can do if he actually attempts to release his power. Passive is effortless. Activation isn’t. That’s the distinction I’m making but I didn’t put much weight in the argument and it didn’t dictate my final decision.
Lore wise Sirens are stronger than Flak.
Depends on the game. I try to use common sense. Generally I’ll go with lore and gameplay unless that gameplay contradicts lore.

I'll admit i haven't played borderlands. But if the story allowed characters to just 3d print themselves after death. That just sounds like a great way to ruin the story. So its probably for the best it isn't canon to the lore.

Or hell, maybe one of these with infections in general, like take a civilization that can put up a good fight and thrown things like the Black Marker (Dead Space), The Flood (Halo), The Replicators (SG1), The Machine Army (Parahumans), The Zerg (Star Craft), Insect Spirits (Shadowrun), Mind Flayers (D&D), Vampires (pick a franchise), Gene Stealers/Tyranids (Warhammer 40k), etc into it, and see which can survive.

Another thing like the Ceph is the Combine from Half-Life. They're supposedly of nearly infinite power, but we don't see it at all.
Note this is just a theory and I had to even go through just to make sure I was correct but Wolfenstein is Canon to the doom universe and this is all because of the cyber Demon it originally pops up in Wolfenstein before it was mechanized and you kill it it then later talks to something and then says that it’s gonna come back and kill your descendants. Its next appearance is fighting Doom guy.
