- In todays video, we discuss the real reason, Pat Sajak retired from Wheel of Fortune. Vanna White discusses the terrible truth about what he did to her in the early 90s.
I watched Wheel with my Mom until she died at age 99 and 5 months. She. was still trying to solve the puzzles and she did many times. I've always wanted to be on the show while Pat was there. So sorry to see him retire, but that time comes eventually. Best of Retirement, Pat!!

My Mom started watching Wheel of Fortune from it start. She passed in 2002 but enjoyed Pat Sayjack And his host Vanna very much never failing to watch the game show. Now I am her daughtet who retired last year and yes me and my husband greatly enjoyed watching the show. We are very disappointed that Pat Sayjack has left the show, We are to continue to watch Wheel of Fortune and enjoy the present man who hosts the show. From Newark, De Vee and James.

My mother's favorite show. I watched a few shows and always liked and respected Sayjak. He served his country and is a conservative.

I have watched this show since it started and love every time of it. My dad loved Vanna also. She is still a beautiful woman and Pat is the only one for the show.❤
I loved the show and Vanna. I never cared for Pat. I witnessed too many times when he was rude and condescending to contestants. Poor Vanna for having to put up with his antics.

I wouldn’t be able to watch either. She changed in going into politics as if she really knew what’s best for America. We will all find out how America turns out if election favors communism. Most people in America want to make their own choices and decisions. That is why so many people come to America from everywhere.

Once on-air he said something about his preference for the GOP. I felt that was inappropriate to share. Its a gameshow! I had no positive thoughts about him after that.
This individual shows that he has a closed mind. I have my beliefs but I like to hear others views. I think you learn about values as you dialogue with others who have different beliefs. I have friends who do not share my beliefs but they can still be my friend.
I love wheel of fortune. I think Vanna White should succeed Pat Sajack. She has been there as long as Pat.

As far as I'm concerned Vanna was a good person, period, and it showed through to all that watched and heard her. Pat may have been a good person but crossed the line your not suppose to cross and took advantage of a good person or persons through his power inside Hollywood's corrupt social, economic system. Hollywood held all the power to fire and hire, if you cross them you are done. Vanna was a victim of sexual slavery under Pat because of his status as the games go to guy without any possible replacement due to his fame with fans. Hollywood made billions of US-Dollars through the Wheel of Fortune TV series game and as long as the money kept coming in to them, anything goes. Unfortunately Vanna fell into place as a sexually unwilling victim to every whim pat forced on her and probably other men. You may have know idea what people with power like to do, they do anything they like and have been doing to for decades. Vicious selfish people in world power now. You and I are nothing to them but a means to get whatever they want.

I may have read the answer to my question. MSN is reporting, coincidently, that WOF got a slight ratings increase with its new host. RS. Could that be the reason, Pat was let go? It is beginning to make sense. RS's unusually high raise. Sony was desperate. Pat may have wanted a pay hike, and was told, instead, to take a hike. Just like Chuck Worly. If Ryan fails, then what?

Many times I think Pat spoke before he thought about what actually came out of his mouth. I understand that being on national television it might be difficult to know what to say or how to say it @ times but I wondered @ some of the things he said and how he responded to many of the contestants and acting like he was the one that was supplying the prize money himself and/or having to guard or limit and do all he could do to reduce the amount that was actually to be won by the contestants.

He was the host of the American version of Wheel of Fortune. He just retired from it in June after many years
