I’m also co parenting with my sons dad who lives abroad (SA) it’s a rollercoaster of emotions, some days you think is my child missing out and some days I’m confident in myself and how brilliant I’m doing. Regardless, congrats, having a child is honestly the best thing in the world. My son is 3 and my absolute best friend and Afrobeat buddy 🤣💛

Make decisions based off what you truly want. Ngl I’m a little concerned your partner joked about you caring their baby, and yes you joked back with a boundary (commitment), but now it seems like only one of you getting what you wanted, joke or not. The person not caring your baby, at that. Regardless, you’re going to be a great mom and I’m excited to see your journey🥰❤
I spoke to my child directly because my child has been preparing me for them. A lot of spiritual work and healing I did because I knew they were coming, I felt it spiritually and visually I saw my newborn in a dream 3 days before I found out. I saw the gender my baby is gonna be. Dad is very supportive and we will do what’s right for our family. ❤
