In this video by #ButterSuspension we go take a quick look at legendary bikes. The first one on the list is the #Cannondale Super V 700
$100 cannot buy those skills
That's an absolutely smoking deal for a hundred bucks... Can't even buy a garbage single speed beach cruiser at Walmart for that price these days. Looks like it was upgraded at some point to M750 grouppo - those integrated shifters/levers alone are still going for like $100 on eBay.
Killer 🏄♀️
My first real mountain bike was a Cannondale super v 400, flat black with silver decals. I didn't know any better at the time and loved the bike. And arguably it was a fantastic first bike. But... Holy fuck was that thing a pogostick when climbing. And the p bone head shock was useless with how little travel it had. Cool old bikes regardless
Thank you for also reminding me that Margie's Meatloaf Mecca is still around!
Only been to the website! 🤣
Always wanted a super v 😮
I'll sell you this one! 😂
@@ButterSuspension honestly wouldn't mind trying it out lol .i use flies with an ultralight spinning setup and I highly doubt its "banned " in my area we have other restrictions
@@ButterSuspension ps can you make a dragonfly?🤔
Lol messaging wrong person 🤣🤣my bad
THAT BELONGS IN A MUSEUM! /s 😆
Lucky for me, I have one! 🤣
OMG! I have a soft spot for the Super Vs - I used to have a Super V900 in yellow.
You let me know if you're retro riding at Tapeworm and I'll retro shred with you on my Amplifier II or 96' LTS.
Just wait, I have a rad project coming soon that will get ridden!
Do you repair sv700 shocks?
Are you referring to the rear shocks or the proprietary Headshok forks? I can do some vintage shocks but the Lefty/Headshok stuff requires some tooling I don't have.
