I’m not feeling the best atm, so have been binge watching your videos. You are amazing! Not only at scaping, but your video style is worthy of an Oscar. The lighting, the sound different camera angles are mesmerising and such a pleasure to watch. I also really appreciate the subtitles and information. Inspirational! Thank you. You’ve gained another fan, from Australia 🇦🇺❤️. Can I ask where are you from?
Thank you. I have a lovely ceramic pot, no drainage hole, that I am hoping to turn into an indoor pond as well. Only I am hoping to grow water loving grasses in it a plants (cyperus family). This has given me some great ideas.
It can live in an aquarium for years. It is not stagnant water, oxygen-rich fresh water as it circulates through the filter water. Practically hydropony. Most plants can be kept this way successfully.
@@TheCineScaper Thank you so much for the clarification! It makes a lot of sense when you compare it to hydropony. It's giving me so much inspiration for a next paludarium project.
This has inspired me to build my first pond. Out of curiosity, was CO2 used in this setup? May I ask where you got the pot from? It has a really nice look!
one thing that i could never understand why these pots end up getting stuffed with so many plants and giant driftwoods that they eventually look like a plant arrangement instead of a pond. A pond should look like pond.. with more of water.. plants : more submerged ones than emersed.. minimal landscaping and a small water feature like rocks and waterfall.
beautiful piece of nature and plants but in my opinion , you did not left enough place for the fish...., maybe 20% of all volume, i would first concentrate on the fish ambient-health and then think about the plants
Being as pretty as it is, can anyone tell me what it is for? Why set up an aquarium into which I can only look from above, since we have had an invention for many years now called a glass or even acrylic aquarium... I'm not sure what to think about this trend of making internal ponds now.
@@donteanka6196 Well, I'm always thinking about new ideas, which can be interesting to everyone. I wanted to do a hidden world, where fish can rule :) Thank you for your kind words!
@@micharemi9414 It's like, home plants in pots and then, surprise! It's a hidden fish pond too! YAY! I have lots of fish tanks, and I have lots of plants in pots. Haven't made a pond (yet) because I think it would be far too tempting for my cats. But I can definitely see how the pond fits into the overall design aesthetic of the space better. Maybe a decent comparison is that having a beautiful fish tank is like having a piece of art hanging on the wall. It draws attention - it's a feature in the room. Whereas the pond with plants spilling out is like having a piece of wood furniture with wonderful carved legs and an inlaid top. It adds a quiet beauty but without standing out.
Ahem, ever heard of Japanese ricefish? They were selectively bred to have gorgeous colors when viewed from the top, and are a great example beauty from a different angle. They still look nice in an aquarium, but are even more stunning when their colors are viewed as they were intended.
Most plants will need to be "fed" more if you aren't going to keep fish in the tank, because they rely on the ammonia, nitrites and nitrates produced by the fish waste.

How do you maintain this amazing work of art?
daily nutrition adding, 30% water change per week, feeding every 2 days
Very beautiful i would like to do one pond like this how to clean the tank please update it
Beautiful.
Wow beautiful
Estou tentando parar de ver os vídeos desse cara e não consigo preciso de ajuda, é muito gostoso os vídeos.
Nice video and pond!
This is truly magnificent! How much did that setup cost you in total?
To put it all together, it’s about $250, but it’s so hard to tell because there were a lot of things at home.
Ad some floating plants and maybe some Small amount of eleocharis or somethink to the sand just for details
I will think about that, thanks for your tip!
This is beautiful
Amazing bro
Wonderful video

gorgeous build!
I wish I could call on you to do the mechanical stuff for my indoor pond. I am good at decorating just not drills and stuff.
Where did you get the bowl from.Great work 😃
From our local hardware store :)
Amazing pond and great video 👍
Hi. This a a beautiful mini pond. I absolutely love the pot. What is the name of it and where did you purchase it from?
Wait parlor palm can live with root submerged? I checked many sources and all say it cannot endure overwatering, let alone being submerged..
It can live in an aquarium for years. It is not stagnant water, oxygen-rich fresh water as it circulates through the filter water. Practically hydropony. Most plants can be kept this way successfully.

Thank you for asking the question, as I was going to go research more too... 😁
Absolutely stunning!! 👌🏻
Hey CS did the grass grow back? What u think why it didn't survive. Great work again bravo..
Thanks! No, only one of them survived. I don't know why.
Great idea!! Would be fun to replicate. How did you seal the drain hole in the set up?
I glued the plug with silicone
Great looking pond, but did you drill into an ADA Aquasky?!?
yess!
Amazing
i think mist will be nice
Bạn có thể setup 1 bể biotope không ???? Tôi rất thích cách bạn setup aquarium
Grat
not sure you needed the extra filter, think the pump and cascade did the job just fine.
Very nice 👍
amaaaazinng 😍
Great builds all the time. It helps that you are cute too. 😅
Beautiful, too bad the pot isn’t transparent.
Great as always. Does the sand change color due to algae or bacteria?
The sand does not discolor because it receives little light. When exposed to strong light, the light sand turns green.
This has inspired me to build my first pond. Out of curiosity, was CO2 used in this setup? May I ask where you got the pot from? It has a really nice look!
Good luck to you!I do not use co2.

Would you like to know when there will be a film in the back tank?
What are all the white dots in all the wood? 🤔
helmet snail eggs :)
Lol that wood has seen some snails
Whats the orange light on the floor behind the stand?
godox tl 60 led light
Where's the link to the container??

Yeah, I was like “Oh _that’s_ the pond?” at first xD
Me: Damn, I have to try this at home.
Also me: My kids would absolutely wreck it in 12 seconds.
good insight 🤣
is it possible to add crabs ? vampire crab ?
no, crabs needs more sry area
No snails this time?
noooo
