2:15 Almost 100cm between the two cars. The driver could of just pass the road block without damaging his e60. Now he has to go and explain that to the insurance company.

@iaberis as mentioned, it's a training. Of course we don't shoot with real guns in a training ;-). But we attached a video-reply of an older BMW TV video. You can see tests with real guns there. Greetings from Bavaria.

At case 2 (road block, 2:04), the driver may have cleared the road block by ramming the blocking cars in reverse, just like Matt Damon with a Chevrolet Impala in The Bourne Ultimatum.

@piposak The part of the car was just pushed in and the pressure made it pop out so it isn't actually self repairing. Just like you made a dent in a soda can then squeeze the sides it pops out because of the pressure.

Exactly, what if the guardrail had a bolt sticking out, its gonna be like the titanic all over again, and what if that bolt hits one of the door reinforcement bars and gets suck
@piposak metal and plastic does that when you bend them slightly, it recovers its ariginal form like water.

@iaberis, The 7 high security can withstand explosions, and pretty much all ammunition that terrorists would use. I'm not so sure about .50 caliber rounds, but almost no armour on vehicles like this can withstand it.
