    That breakfast would make me cry i believe that would slow down my thyroid because of the nuts I do 500 that is bad! 1200 was my maintainable in order to lose weight I had to run for an hour at moderate intensity I also had to walk 10000 steps. It's miserable. At 500 cal I'm far too weak to run I skipped my thyroid meds for two months so I know my bmr isn't 1200 anymore so I assume it's only about 800. I eat around 500 pretty often unless I train for over an hour or run more than a half an hour as heart failure can result. I just have shaking and have high heart rate.

    What oats did u use that were 85 calories for a half cup? Quaker oats are 150 and their packet of plain oats are 100 but less than a half cup

    Starting the day with honey doesn't seem like the best idea for cutting fat. Honey and sugar it's basically the same...one from a plant the other from an insect..
