Do Not Disturb How to Turn On or Off iPhone 11

- How to turn on or off Do Not Disturb mode for iOS 13 devices. I'm using iPhone 11 Pro Max here.
UPDATE: "Do Not Disturb" is now within the "Focus" section in the Settings. "Focus" is found in the same area with the same moon icon (you'll see it right when you open Settings). First press on "Focus" and then press on "Do Not Disturb". - Наука та технологія

So how do you turn it off???
Found the Do Not Disturb in Focus. But still no way to turn DND off.

Mine does not have do not disturb where your does
Mine won’t even pop up
My phone shows Focus and then "Do Not Disturb" but the DND doesn't have an on/off green toggle. It just says "on" with an arrow. The arrows leads into a mode that customizes DND but nothing about turning it off. I've tried a hard reset and now I'm just going to live like this I guess.

Plz turn off 📴 my " Do not disturb" request. I have arthritis and can't seem to turn it off.Thanks. I'm 80 yrs old and no one else is here to help me.
