UA-cam at least in my experience worked on the Wii browser. You just have to clear the app data which also doubles as the cache every 5 minutes. The Wii browser also uses a version of Flash Player light so certain web games should still work, but you'll still have to put up with the cache filling up quickly.
As a kid, I watched the entirety of W.I.T.C.H. on Wii's browser's UA-cam in English because the Dutch version of Season 2 never aired in the Netherlands. It was horrible, but it worked!
