How do you respond to someone gaslighting you?

I would say first of all to stick to your truth and to not believe what the other person is saying and secondly to maybe have a conversation like „I said this and you say I said that. What do we do now?“ and or to be true to yourself (don‘t gaslight yourself into thinking this is not happening) and to make the decision what you want to you next (for example ending the friendship)
