Extreme stabilization test for Topaz Video AI

Original footage was shot at 480p at 30fps using a Canon Powershot S95 in 2015.
First enhancement (labelled as Stabilized + Deblurred) was done using Full-Frame Stabilization with 2--Pass Correction for Jittery Motion and Themis model for Motion Deblur.
Second enhancement (labelled as Stabilized x2 + Deblurred + 2x Upscaled) was done by running the already enhanced footage, and adding on Proteus (for 2x Upscale to 960p), and another round of Stabilization using the same setting as the previous bake.
