Hi Megan, thank you for your comment. I profusely apologise for the delay in replying as I think this message was overlooked! I will definitely do a video explaining different herbs and spices and their properties within cooking. Also this dish is very mild. Regarding not having Chicken mince you can just buy chicken thigh peices and blitz them in a food processor untilit breaks down giving you something similar looking, that will work.just fine too. Hope that helps 😊👍

Hi Megan, thanks for your comment. That's a great idea, leave it with me and I'll see what I can do. Regarding the mince, have you any Asian cash and carry or superstores local to you were you could get your mince from. I'm afraid it's a little difficult to replace chicken mince as there is nothing similar to it in taste and texture.. you could try turkey perhaps but again it's not the same! Unless you buy chicken thigh (off the bone) and then pop it into a blender and use that which would work. This dish is extremely mild but very flavoursome. Hope that helps! 😊

I really like kebabs but never had chicken ones. It's always been lamb. Think I gotta try this.
One little thing, don't buy thighs which have been processed. There's a huge difference in quality between bone in thighs & fillets and mince.

This could be for a number of different reasons: Did you half the other ingredients as you asked earlier how much salt you needed to use for half the meat? We're they formed correctly? It could also be that you may need to cook them more on one side on a medium heat before turning them over.
