Thank You for sharing this lovely recipe and my kids love mild spice kebabs and the tip of using a piping bag and adding bicarb to make the kabab soft and fluffy is great. ❤

Looks delicious. I don’t normally use bicarbonate soda, I will give this a try. Also like idea of using piping bag👍🏼I normally add mint and coriander on my mixture too. Instead of deep fry I normally grill mine. Thanks for sharing yr idea.
I am sorry to tell you back in 30s we were not born. My father wasn’t into restaurant businesses that was back in Baghdad and the city of Mosul. He went straight to the creator of Baghdad got the recipe from him and the man promised my dad not to give the recipe to anyone, because he had no children it was him and his wife living on that business and probably back then in the village wasn’t so many customers anyway, when we were born, we grew up in a restaurant here in America all my life grow up heaven restaurants, he had the best shish kebab ever because the original shish kebab, where was created back in Mosel in Iraq people try to steal the recipe same thing with Shawarma. The gyros company tried to buy the recipe from us and we’re gonna die with the recipe with us so don’t go and say you created the kebab and the kebab she’s making I could taste every ingredient is my mouth and I don’t like it, there’s only for ingredients you use in a kebabs the original kebab, so I don’t agree with you, and I don’t agree with her that looks nothing but pile mushy. Have a good day. Turkish say they originated the kebab Palestine, the same Lebanese, the same or Middle East. It was originated in muscle Baghdad, Iraq, and we own that recipe now. have a good day.
@@lenazaia2263 I invented it in 1925. I am very old person. Thank you for enjoying my invention. I am so proud of the way many cultures have adopted the kebab. Beautiful 👌
Really a super specific recipe! I'm imagining chefs all over Europe happily confirm that this is the most delicious! As a quick listener I ear-scrolled down and caught here and there exchanging ideas about humidity levels, hand ready smoothness kind and average amount of spices varieties!!
