You guys are a breath of fresh air!.. I've heard people say you ought to be signed up for a TV show and they're right lol!..love the honest content to it all!
I agree, you deserve a show of your own. There's no competition between the pair of you , but pure joy and laughter and very good ideas. Your friend from New Zealand.
You can always replace the plastic foil for tin foil for cooking so the food doesn’t dry out too much and it would be easy to open, stir and recover, and a foil pouch for the carrots and peas on the roast dinner. We will all learn as we go but you are highlighting some issues and coming up with solutions that we can all benefit from 😊❤
@@bridgetdoman1386 - They’re very real. I’m on the waiting list to buy a Ninja Air Fryer purely due to watching these guys. I shall continue to use their honest appraisals once I get my new gadget. 👍
What a fantastic Double~Act. Basically DEL BOY buys a knock off Air Fyer, and starts an online Cooking Channel and much hilarity preseads. Hilarious Stuff. Love it. 👍
The large tray, (Chicken dinner) is divided into three sections. You can cut the tray along where they join into three separate smaller individual trays, using scissors. Then arrange the smaller one's around the larger one that contains the main dish.
Really love your video’s , I bought my ninja AF400 because I am now on my own and the energy costs are ridiculous. I thought you tube might have recipes and I found you both, you brighten my day and put a smile on my face thank you both .
Now I generally dislike cooking but your great vids have genuinely got me interested in getting an air fryer to save energy & reduce cooking times. I love your amusing banter & delivery, down to earth with a laugh. Keep it up 😁
Not related to this video but I've just discovered a great new use for my air fryer:) If you buy fish & chips and have them wrapped to bring home or have the old deliveroo delivery, they are often cool and a bit soggy when you get them home. A 3 minute burst at 200c in the air fryer heats and crisps them back up perfectly ( I have a dual so fish in one drawer, chips in the other). I'm not a youtuber so your welcome to show this on your wonderful channel 👍
I lifted the corners of a ready meal recently as instructed, shortly after could smell burning plastic. The fan had lifted it & it was stuck to the element. Good to hear Iceland giving air fryer instructions on some of their products, hopefully N America follows this lead.
Bought my airfryer 3 weeks ago, really wish I'd got one a long time ago! I watched your video when you roasted a pork joint and it gave me the courage to roast a joint in mine, it came out perfect and the crackling was amazing. Love your videos guys, you do make me smile. Thanks
Nice one , that large ready meal would fit in my halogen cooker or air fryer ‘cos that’s what it is an air fryer..Thanks for showing us because I’m 86 and have a lot of ready meals.
Hi Martin,’would love to see a typical butlers weekly shop. Like what do you look for, brands, foods and brands to avoid, even film it as your going round would be great
I am so happy to see this video! I was just on another vlog and she did two different pre-made frozen foods. But i wondered about you guys doing these too as you two always are more thorough with your testing and cooking for us, we can trust you and watch for ourselves what works.
Just bought the AFT400UK myself so looking at various vids to see what is and is not possible, you two are excellent, so helpful & fun to watch. I never knew you could actually do ready meals in an AF but especially for someone on their own that would be an ideal thing to do. Thank you both for an entertaining and informative video. I shall be following along.....
What a very genuine couple. Extremely likeable! I am sorry but that roast looks bloody lovely for the price! Thank you both. I look forward to catching up with your vlogs.
What a brilliant video, many thanks. I live alone and am thinking of buying an air fryer. This is the stuff I really need to make an informed descion. I love the idea of the tray size, excellent!
i was in Iceland the other day i bought some southern fried chicken strips and on the back i was pleasantly surprised too see air fryer instructions and i used my air fryer and they was absolutely delicious best I've ever had
Hi Sonia....I live in Alberta, Canada....I was trying to decide between a crock pot or an air fryer. I'm a young 75 yr old and a year ago had a house fire and lost everything but, my new house is finished and I'm trying to replace alot. I love homemade soups and chili etc and don't usually buy frozen ready made stuff. Maybe it's time to change. What do you think! 🤔
These videos which feature on UA-cam" are the new" old TV" ,because the people who we used to watch,,they lost the edge ,and humanity about them, they try and be something other than human, this couple one can relate to "they real" just like BFG, and also' bald and bankrupt he tours Russia, just absolutely wonderful
I think you’re both fabulous, love all the info you give us regarding food, air fryers etc… You both make me laugh out loud so much 😂 that I’m sure my neighbours thinks I’ve lost the plot.
thank you so much for sharing your video for frozen meals. I am not overly fond of the flavours on the frozen meals over here in Australia, but they are ok for stand by.....The information you both give your viewers is really great. I totally love my new air fryer, and you have been a big help. Thank you.
Definitely keep the film lids on next time. Both these items are budget (I've bought both in Poundland in the past), so you get what you pay for. Even so they are tasty. Maybe next time try the Air fryer with an up-market ready-meal to see if the quality suffers at all.
Yes you can put ready meals in an airfryer, I cut 5 to 10 minutes off the time. Most glass or tin dishes you buy should have the size printed on them. Just measure your fryer pan before you buy😂 My tip, get an airfryer with shelves if you are going to heat ready made meals, it's much easier than cutting them up😂 Kershaw is quite tasty but the potatoes are smaller than you think. If you are cooking these meals prick the plastic film beforehand do not remove it.
Kershaws meals use to be a lot bigger and served in a metal tray my mum use to get them from Morrison's in the 80s. Going to try those noodles too they look well yummy.
Love this - amazing that you can cook ready meals. I usually cook from scratch - shepherds pie, cottage pie, fish pie - all topped with mashed potato and a little cheese, chicken and steak pies - which I cook double and put one in the freezer. I am now disabled and have trouble keep moving around the kitchen so it helps to have some meals in the freezer to just pop in the oven as well as chops, chicken pieces burgers and chips. Thanks to this information I know I can cook these meals in the airfryer, hubby won't use a microwave because of radiation so we don't have one now. He is not happy about having an air fryer - I can't make him understand that it dosn't just fry food with oil - he says if I buy one he won't eat the food from it - he will cook his own. Hmmm - we will have to see about that - don't think that will last long! I love your videos and the banter between you both - bless Sharon she's very tolerant - lol.
i absolutely love watching you two, its like watching my own family , thanks again for another great video, i know times have moved on , but when i see pre prepped meals , i always think , plastic tray microwave , and aluminium. oven , , so ive missed out on so many things that come in plastic that i didnt buy , because i thought i couldnt put them in an oven , net alone an air fryer, i will get me some of them noodles , Thank you , and sending a massive hug. , xx
great video . i cooked an iceland sunday roast . i got a pate dish from christmas , i puts roast beef carrots and peas in the dish along side the spuds yorkshire pudding on the side cooks great
The salt and pepper noodles are nice and only 1.69! But you are meant to leave cover on wait until ten minutes before end take out uncover stir then put back in. 😊
Although I am not really a fan of ready meals, as there are three of us at home, I realise for many folk living by themselves, they can be brilliant. Surely though for some meals at least, there will also be a microwave option for cooking them as well as the longer conventional oven method .. this will certainly be less time than even the air fryer method.
Love this video, especially Martin aiming to re-create the serving suggestion lol. God, loves a tryer!!!! Well done as I'm just new to the air fryer and my takeaway from this video, is halfing the cooking time you would find on freezer meals (If they can fit) lol Keep up the good work Sharon & Martin

I wondered when producers would get round to this
