I just can’t get enough of these licks. I usually hear them in the end or in the middle of some outlaw country songs that i like. Really obsessing over them, want to hear more of them.
Thank you Adam. I agree with some of the comments tha at times you were quite fast. But then again you also slowed down and explained pretty well what holes you were playing. I did enjoy the lesson tons. Thank you. Grateful once more, Yoschie
Hi Adam. These rhythm based videos you are posting are great. They make a fabulous way of warming up before you start a practice session and they really help with getting your breathing equilibrium in shape. The way you emphasise the importance of the little out breath chords passes a lot of players by, yet it is so vital. Whenever I am teaching harmonica here in the UK I always put my pupils in your direction. Thank you for being out there. Keep up the good work. Best wishes, Ricky
Hey Adam such a great lesson. A little bit dificult for me though, only been playing a few months haha I'd love to see morr country oriented videos...artists like Waylong Jennings had great harmonica player with them! Thank you for the great lesson ;)
I live in Noxapater.. would love to meet you sometime.. you ever run the heart of Dixie down here in Neahoba/Philadelphia Ms.. I can’t figure this out Adam.. I’ve been playin for 8 years.. I wouldn’t say constantly but I can play some good stuff I say.. this is hard to me.. I guess I’ve created some habits and it’s interfering.. any pointer you could give me.. I can play the 3bend draw to 4 but dang I’m gettin off comin down..
Do you have a video by chance in which you show how to hold a harmonica correctly in your mouth?I just bought one and in a tutorial it showed me to keep the top part in my mouth and i'm wondering if that's the correct way, seeing as you do it in a different way.
Great tutorial but in the beginning you forget to tell us what you do after returning to the 3 draw? 3draw scoop, 4 draw, 3 draw... And then what? Is it a 3 blow then 2 blow? Super beginner here, so my ears aren't sure what notes you're hitting. I'll keep trying!
"One simple licks. And it Goes like this....." then proceedes doing a level 85 ultra hard lick
It's more intermediate level I would say
instablaster.
It sounds harder than it is, if you can bend a note you can do this lick... push yourself to you nail it!✌🏼
One of the best applicable lessons for country music I’ve found on you tube.

Me when he said "One simple lick" : Oh good !
Me again when he started to play : 😮😲😐
😂 But you did a terrific job !!
A fantastic lick, sounds much harder than it is. Any intermidiate can play this, at least at a slow speed in the begining!
Is he playing 2 draw before 23 blow?

Adam i love your stuff. But you've really got to explain more of the step by step of what to hit
Great lesson Adam, as always ✌🏼
This video is old but man it's great thank you
Bless you... Im looking for more country licks... so this will give me several at once to learn.
What is he playing before 23 blow ?
2 draw?
@@dilangohil7590 can you give a time stamp tp show what you mean?

I notice the ta ta blow chord that connects back to the top is played just ta sometimes at the higher speed - which is reassuring... and works great.
awesome music
Adam I ordered your book as soon as I received your youtube
Nice one Adam
You are a great instructor! Many thanks to you.
I would love to hear you play the harmonica rhythm from Waylon Jennings song lonesome onry and mean
Something I like to do instead of the 2+3 blow is -1 +2 -2, and then the next time -2 +2 -1.
ma boy Winston Churchill out here sharing some great harmonica notes!
Ok. it sounds good.
Him: one simple lick
Me: throws harmonica away
Wonderful...

Plays an extremely difficult lick that is way better than anything I can play...
“So that’s pretty simple”
Someone's been talking to Mike Cauldwell... great video Adam :)
I've heard of him, but I don't know his stuff. (It's "Caldwell," btw.)
I am a beginner so can anyone tell me what he plays before 23 blow ? 2 draw?

Sounds good and looks pretty easy!
Can't tell if this is sarcastic or not

Ha. Just do it, yes we can, seperate the men from the boys or how Adam is saying - just one simple lick! 👌🏻😏
