im basically a CQC engineer player, I break down the walls where snipers are at with rpg, rush in with flashbangs, set the corners up with mines and hold down a chaotic point that way. Its hard to always take a lead, wish I had abit of a medic boost
The damage output is insane, no matter on distance. Like, with mp7 it takes 5-8shots, with RPG - 1. Even damn sniper rifles take 2, if you don't headshot
You've inspired me. When I watched this video I had 0 hours as an Engineer in BattleBit. I started playing it exclusively last night and I'm at 50 RPG kills now. I will continue down this path.

RPG is my go to on built up maps. Anybody touching the wall you blow up dies. And post patch where you get credit for killing enemy mines I have gotten a 15 kill feed a few times shooting into points and buildings and detonating the mines. My jaw dropped.
It's about time someone showed the RPG some love. Not only is it a killing machine, it's the ultimate anti-sniper weapon. Can't hide behind a window when you remove the wall holding the window. Even if I don't have anyone to shoot at, I love opening new pathways for allies.
the RPG/Nade meta right now is kinda fun. I mean, on a real battlefield, you'd probably expect a shit ton of artillery raining hell for you. In this game, there's no artillery squad on the backline, but there's A LOT of RPG and nades to make up for it.
tandem is much more satisfying to use. The air time on it is insane and damage it does... 1-shot APC + fire damage in ~10s, 2-shot tank in the back, 1-shot for any other transport. With new xp boost to engi, this is the new meta. RPG for life!
I am also a devout RPG user, I have over 700 kills with the scoped HEAT rpg and it is GLORIOUS. I once found a group of 5 poor souls healing up under a staircase in multi islands and sent them all straight to the shadow realm with one shot.... And shed a tear of pure joy

Medic is still the one I play the most because it's OP because of self-healing, thus making it more fun when you can top your own health off after every fight and have more of a chance at surviving the next. Medic needs a nerf. No class should have self-heals and C4 in the same package.

Im a scoped RPG fan myself. As others have mentioned, getting the range of an enemy sniper with my rangefinder, then dropping a rocket on their face at 300+meters is *chefs kiss*. Did you ever try out the Tandem rounds when there are a bunch of vehicles? They suck at everything else admittingly, but oh my goodness are they broken as hell vs vehicles.
I run primary RPG with the backup suicide C4 when the boom runs out. Your body is the final grenade when all else runs out. Obligatory screaming before going boom.

the only thing that sucks about rpgs is that there is heat, frag and tandem. frag is supposed to be used for infantry but sucks against vehicles. heat on the other hand 1 shots and does good vehicle damage. why ever use frag? tandem does no infantry damage at all from my experience but absolutely fucks vehicles

Hi! I enjoyed your video. I actually found it as a link at the end of a video I made about how to use the RPG sight. I'm sure you've had lots of time to learn about it in the last five months, but if you're interested I'll link my RPG sight video. It's only 2 minutes but I had fun figuring out how the sight worked and explaining it. Apparently it works very similarly to the real world sight! The engineer class is a pure killing machine. RPG everything, push in with the M4, mine the point, and resupply.
I've found myself getting far better snipes with a RPG than I do with a sniper rifle. then again I've always sucked at the sniper class.

you can use iirc alt and scrollwheel to manually set the range on the sight
Personally I am a PGO enjoyer. Primary with a rangefinder and PGO HEAT is peak counter-sniping setup
I can respect the PGO. Counter sniping is always the best thing to do with RPGs
its the best counter sniper in the game by far and you can reach out to 2k and beyond. if you can see a single pixel change color, you can hit it.

rpg really saved my ktd from 0.4 to almost 1, I tried to do 800m snipes using the scope but the rocket drop is just too high at that range.
It's annoying how you can just RPG down a spawn-beacon through multiple walls with a couple of rockets. A bit OP imo.

The frag RPG seems to never work for me. Nonetheless favorite thing to do is to make enemies hide behind a wall and baja blast it with my HEAT RPG :)
