Wild Mouse features six mouse-themed cars and one cheese-themed car. You become part of the adventure as you play the role of mouse or cheese. And because the Wild Mouse roller coaster’s free-form spinning action can change with the number of riders aboard each car, no two rides are the same!

I always liked how they used to start with a fade in and out of the ride's logo graphic at the beginning. Cedar Point has some AWESOME logos for all of its roller coasters and thrill rides. I think TT2's Pov had that so hopefully that starts up again.

Sad that we lost Wicked Twister, but always good to bring fresh stuff into the park :)
I still can't believe WT is gone... however I very much support Cedar Point developing a vintage themed Boardwalk area in favor of it. Wild Mouse only took over the plot of the former Oceana/Extreme Stunt stadium (which should have been demolished years ago imo). WT was replaced by the Grand Pavilion, and as a fan of the park's history- I really am okay with sacrificing a thrill ride for better guest experiences and emphasizing its historic roots. It's a beautiful structure and it's nice to see them putting in effort to reinvigorate life into the Lake Erie beach side.
This ride was surprisingly fun and looks great in the boardwalk. Usually doesn't have too long of a line, fast dispatches.
It's a blast! Just don't ride it if you have had more than 2 "adult beverages". DO ride it if you have had an "edible" though! LOL.
The pov doesn't even do it justice honestly. It's a good ride and a pleasant surprise!

Most POVs don't.
That's because many mounted cameras have what's called a centered stabilizer included in the tripod mount to keep it centered throughout the whole ride if it twists and turns (it's to help avoid people feeling motion sickness and such). However, it's this reason why I watch Sharp Productions, CoasterForce, or other people's POVs as those are more accurate to how most people would ride the attraction in real life.

Incorrect. It was the grand pavilion that replaced it. I don’t blame CP, I think wild mouse is actually better than wicked twister.

@@MarcianoMarciano-jf3oc I'm with Jimmylovessalt on this, this wild mouse is surprisingly fun, in addition to being a great family ride. I'd much rather have the new boardwalk, grand pavilion, and the wild mouse over wicked twister. Cedar Point needed a more developed family coaster lineup anyway.

Wicked Twister was in my opinion a better ride. But Wild mouse definitely fits the better boardwalk theme there. 👍

Edit 1: When Dizzy hits the turn after the last block zone, it make it look alot smoother then when you are looking at guest hit the turn 😂
Edit 2: Also, if you look at TTD, you can see that this vid was taken when they were starting painting the bottom support beams 🎉
Edit 3: You probably never heard this when riding Wild Mouse bc of the lift music, but after the train goes under the cat, you can hear it unlock the spinning 😊
Edit 4: Wonder if they would spin us on the lift hill (Basically unlock the trains spinning as soon as it leaves the station)

can you film a pov with a water dummy in one of the outside seats so it gets some spinning?
I think they wanted the official POV to showcase more the layout than the spinning factor. I've seen other POVs with a lot of spin but i figured CP would want one with little spin.
Tbh this coaster is actually super smooth and fun! I hardly a blast laughing on this with my cousins

Are you kidding me? Top Thrill 2 is going to blow this outta the water (or INTO the water in this case, seeing as how Cedar Point is on a peninsula, but then Cedar Point did build Wild Mouse on concrete. I wash my hands of this weirdness).
you gotta think about this if you look on the ground, the wild mouse is not connected to the ground so it could be moved to another park and we can get something else?

The POV finally released!
The fine folks at Cedar Point seemed to know I could use a bit of blue sky and sunshine on this January day.
It's a very cool POV of the ride! The mouse at the top of the lift hill looks very creepy and it looks just like the front of a waky worm roller coaster.
What mouse? That’s a cat…

as the last rider of wild mouse for the 2023 season, that one turn always hurts no matter what, but i dont mind it because of the silly wild mouse spinning.

Is this a good coaster for beginners??
I was confused from the title alone, thinking it was Wild Mouse (or the defunct attraction Wild Cat from the 1970s up until the early 2010s). Than, upon looking at the track color I realized this is the one from the Boardwalk section of the park. From the looks of it, it is definitely short and somewhat thrilling than Wicked Twister and Disaster Transport (Personally I think WIcked Twister and Disaster Transport were a lot more intense compared to this family coaster, but I digress).
Not to mention we have lost Wicked Twister, Space Spiral, Mantis, Wildcat, Shoot The Rapids, Disaster Transport/Avalanche, and Demon Drop to name a few.
We haven’t lost Mantis. We can still get the same head banging on Rougarou.

We haven't come back to Cedar Point in nearly 15 years, so considering last time we went there was in 2010, things in Cedar Point have drastically changed, so I just assumed that rougarou was a much smoother less bumpy less leg straining ride compared to Mantis. But if you say so, then I'll take your word for it.

I rode this, it was a hour and 30 minute wait, I don’t think it was worth it. The only reason why it was so long was because of the lines and someone threw up on the ride. I wish that there was still wicked, would’ve went on it, wanted to try it.

Wicked twister is better than this cp was better with it than without it why did they do it I was so close to riding it to but I was just a little bit too short by 1 in. To ride it

It looks okay in the new area of the park, but the coaster itself is an unusually bland and lazy addition by Cedar Point. There were much better choices for family coasters that they could have gone with. This is not a worthy replacement for Wicket Twister but that's understandable. More frustrating is that there use to be another EXCELLENT family coaster in the same area called Disaster Transport. Wild Mouse is pitiful by comparison to the unique weirdness and ambition of that attraction.
