I really enjoy your sweet block designs and perfect colour pairings. Thanks for another great video tutorial 😊
Ok update, this beautiful blocks have motivated me to start my Starry Cabin Quilt pattern that I purchased from you ,what am trying to say is you gave me a lot of self confidence that I can sew it. From me you deserve more then Thank you
That's wonderful! I hope you enjoy making it!
Lovely block. ❤
Loving these blocks! Thank you for sharing!
You are welcome!
Jessica could you do a video about your cutting techniques. Your triangles are always perfect.
Yes I can! I'll do one when I film for block 8, 9, and 10.
Awesome thank you so much ❤
Thank you. Cute block.
Thank you! 😊
Makes me feel good that you turn things around too lol!
Sweet block Jessica.💚
thank you
You're welcome!
Your cutting is so precise!! Do you have video on cutting?
I'm going to make one soon.
Love your videos. This is a very pretty block. Just curious, what is your stitch length? And do you square up your blocks or wait till you're done with all of them?
I usually use a 2 on my BERNINA unless the pieces are very tiny, then I turn down to 1.8-1.9. I don't square blocks up. I use them as is.
Its pretty hard to get everthing to line Up. But ``Übung macht den Meister`` exercise makes a master
Do you starch your fabrics?
Not as a general rule. Occasionally if I'm pulling out a really crumpled scrap, I will, otherwise, no.
I can’t print your block patterns. Do you have them for sale instead of using your blog format?
I do not sell the pattern currently. It will be free on my blog through the end of the quilt along and then I'll put it in my shop afterward as a paid pattern.
@@jessica_dayon I thought I understood that. Your blog doesn’t let me print and just double checking. Thanks
It does. It can be different based on the computer you have. But, if you click on the link, then a PDF will open. From there, find the button that says download. After you download the PDF to your computer, you will be able to print it.
@@jessica_dayon I’ll try my computer not phone. Thank you!
Do you offer block patterns free?
I can't offer all of my patterns for free because this is how I make money to support my family. I do one, big free quilt along per year and this is the one. The block patterns are all free on my blog- jessica dayon.blogspot.com If you'd like to use my setting pattern, that is available in my shop- jessicadayon.etsy.com/listing/1621207632/2024-scrappy-sampler-quilt-setting
@@jessica_dayon thank you Jessica, where to buy the patterns. Love your instructions and 6" is cute.
I'll buy if you offer the copies, don't have printer.
