Managed to pick up an r10 last week. Took it to a top tracer range as a maximum of 3 yards out on carry distance, shows how accurate it is for the price. Crack bit of kit

Much appreciated Matt. I think overall value is better. Def faster. I also like the form factor better, not as bulky. I still primarily use the S62 but that's because I really like the virtual caddie. If you could live without it though, the S42 for sure.
I got a Bushnell Launch Pro to replace my SkyTrak. So far so good. Learned quite a few things about my swing. I also remember seeing the SL1 a couple years back. It had a brown leather outside. I looked everywhere for it when I bought my Garmin but couldn't find it.
That one range finder that's popular in Korea was sick! also the reason I started following the channel was the fun you and your crew have on new courses. Obviously covid and the surgery put a halt on that, but those are the episodes that make me look forward to golfing more. Hope all is well gabe and great vid as always!
Sorry to ask you here, but wondering if you know if there is a way to make the Garmin R10 courses full size on a projector screen or will it always be a smaller vertical picture. Thanks.

getting hold of an r10 for myself is basically impossible, but we have nearly finished my buddies garage setup, and it is looking so good!

S42 better than S62 Garmin watch? Overall better value, or just better?

Right now the Garmins are all on a discount which is rare, so prob the best time to do it.
I really need to get the R10. Basically all my practice is actual play so it would be great for the house!

Hi Rod, unfortunately right now vertical is the only option unless you use e6 - that can be horizontal but it's a paid upgrade.
I got the Garmin s62 with the club sensors, they are awesome. Would love to get some of this tech as well.

It’s def at the higher end price wise, but I think they may be on sale during the holidays
