    I was vegetarian for a year it was challenging but very fulfilling. Best I’ve ever felt physically. I’ve been considering going vegetarian again, so I’ll take this as my sign lol
    Love the nails☺️

      I’ve been absolutely loving it! Since eating vegetarian and just walking I’ve lost 11lbs since January 2 👏 it’s a wonderful feeling! Lol what did you eat?! I’m looking for new meals!

      I ate a lot of chickpea dishes lol chickpea pasta salad, chickpea curry, falafel wraps, hummus, vegan “crab” cakes with chickpeas and heart of palm, air fried mushrooms ( I tried enoki and oyster), air fried heart of palm, air fried egg plant, sautéed egg plant, 3 bean chili, very hearty salads, a lot of frozen veggie burgers when I didn’t feel like cooking. Breakfast options are pretty much the same minus eggs and meat. But I would eat avocado toast, home fries, grits, oatmeal, parfaits and lots of smoothies. You can still do pancakes and waffles of course.
      But basically Pinterest was my best friend😂 If I was craving a specific meal I would look up the vegetarian version of it. Have fun, get creative, try new things, get a feel for what you like and how you prefer to season things. After a while putting meals together will pretty much come natural, because if you think about it you’re really only replacing the meat or a few ingredients. You got this💪🏾
