This reminds me of having a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. It can be very discouraging if you let the opinions, stance, and views others have of/with God change your perception of God and/or of yourself. In truth, God is love, He is loving (1 John 4:7-12), He is caring and cares for you (1 Peter 5:7), and though He is just, He generously forgives (Isaiah 55), He gives shelter, safety and rest to those who are weary and put their trust in Him (Matthew 11:28, Psalm 91), and Jesus is the only true sustenance for every breathing thing on this earth (John 1:1-3). and He wants a relationship with you John 15:16 say: You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit-fruit that will last-and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. and 1 Peter 2:9 says: But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. No one is perfect of even deserving of these things Romans 3:23-25 says for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood-to be received by faith. He did this to demonstrate his righteousness, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished. but in His love, grace, and mercy, we have been redeemed and can receive and accept this redemption along with the gift of genuine and everlasting friendship with God through Jesus Christ and His sacrifice on the cross. Ephesians 1:7 says In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.
I really do pray this touches you to reach out to God. To receive the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. The gift that is open and free for all those to accept it, of course, including you. He thought specifically for you when He died on the cross after suffering torment, abuse, rejection, humiliation, abandonment & betrayal from those who He trusted the most, and more for our salvation from a life of sin and death (though we will still face difficult trials, but with courage and heart through Him who strengthens us *John 16:33, Philippians 4:13*) and from eternal death after we die if we do before His return or when He returns. Please, let us recognize our personal imperfection as human and need of not just a Savior but Lord to be completely surrendered to no matter opinion or circumstance, and it is most definitely NOT going to be EASY all the time. In fact, sometimes not at all. But as the Lord who will lead, guide, protect, rebuke, discipline, and grow you into who God knows you were always meant to be, it is & will be entirely worth it, for this life and the next. So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord. (Deuteronomy 8:3) Jesus is the Word (John 1:1-3) and the Bread of Life (John 6:35) and I pray, we (exclusively including you) mayall be able to truly repent and turn from our old ways, accept the gift of Jesus Christ, His blood to drink, His skin to eat, and His death to live FOR, in, and through Him, and truly LIVE, and live for the beautiful, good, and breathtaking purpose God has for us all. In Jesus's name, Amen "Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon." (Isaiah 55:6-7) For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11) I recommend reading Psalm 139 (God knew and formed you just the way you are) Psalm 86 (A prayer to bring you closer to God against ALL inward and external opposition) Psalm 119 (Understanding your walk with God) But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name. (John 20:31)
As a beginner nail tech, channels like yours have helped me so much especially with prep and application. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge and skills! 💘
Great advice, and my advice to beginners is to believe in yourself, no self doubting, don’t let others get to you and focus on your brand. Ooh and get a license just for security. Even if you know how to do nails already. That is a form of achievement.
Looking at other nail techs like you and other people inspired me. But people who look at other people and get discouraged is a personal problem not just for nails. Love the set and thank you for your content and all the information!
I love your transparency, I do my own nails and press-ons. And doing nails is like cooking, you can share your recipe, but different hands are going to make the recipe taste different . It's all in the hands lol(what you do first, what you add ect ) I love your channel and you do Beautiful nails 😍💯🔥🔥💅🏾💅🏾
I love how you file the nails. The tips are thinned nicely, I love that! I know some people like their nails thick but I prefer the way they feel when they're thinner. It's so much more comfortable. Great job! This set is gorgeous!
GREAT JOB... I love how humble you are with as much experience as you have. So many nail techs don't take the time when making videos because after gaining a certain amount of followers, experience and clients to the point they don't explain or cater to the beginners like this.
As a person who has spoken with you i would like to say how sweet and humble you are! It is truly an inspiration. When i first started learning how to do nails this was a channel that i found and i have loved every minute of it. I just love it here! 💕
I wanted to learn nails for myself, but honestly I thought about making press on nails and clothes!! Seeing everyone in the comments excites me!! I love fashion and makeup so this really helped me have the courage to start!! 💗🎀
great advice 🫶🏾. personally when it comes to following other nail techs i feel like it inspires me try new shapes & designs, because it gets boring after a while doing the same designs (french & croc) constantly 🤦🏾♀️. also i really love how humble & down to earth u are 💓💓
as a beginner nail tech i’m learning so much with your videos and the tutorials you post, it has motivated me to never give up and continue to keep going until i get good and get to the point i want. i been watching your videos/tutorials for weeks now thank you so much you really motivate me 🤍🤍🤍🤍
i do my own nails with press ons, but i love watching people do acrylics to learn about them because i might do my own eventually. i like how long they last.
I’m hoping to start my nail journey soon, and I was worrying about not being able to do all styles but hearing you say that’s it’s ok to stick to one style and that you can’t service everyone gave me closure with that lol thank you so much! Your video has enlightened me 🩷
I appreciate all the advice you give some nail techs don’t like to share because they want to be the only ones to do boom nails but I think in this community there’s definitely enough space for all of us ❤
one thing i struggle with is cuticle beads . if you have a video on that , i would be grateful letting me know about that . i love your work & they you walk us through with the process & advice . i literally took your beginner videos & ran with them . ❤❤❤❤ you’re appreciated !
Following other nail techs has helped me a ton. I can't seem to fathom her logic behind that but seeing how good my favourite nail techs are encourages me to do better. And no, we are not tired of hearing you say you will be using bad and boujee again and again😄. It's a really pretty nude.
I've only been doing nails for getting close to a year now and I just want to thank you, because you are always sharing different tips, tricks, correct technique, things you wish you would have known, etc. These things and this type of information generally are not shared freely and your have helped me so much in my nail journey and my progression and I deeply thank you for all your help. Youre so great 🤍🤍🤍
I love watching you work and talk about what you are doing! You explain and show every thing you are doing and it has helped me a lot!! My nail prep was never that great but now not one nail has come off lol!!! So thank you I appreciate all your videos and the lesson that comes with it!!! Awesome job! Really appreciate you!! Btw your set came out so beautiful as well!!! So classy!!
I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge with the tutorials you provide . I personally don't agree with that nail tech saying not to follow other nail techs, first off, it's limiting oneself to learning, secondly, she comes off a bit insecure and bullyish. I am a beginner in doing nails, but, am very experienced in understanding people and that's my take on trying to limit someone from learning as much as they can. Let me end with, I absolutely LOVE this set❣️. Your girl is going to blowout her birthday 🥳 Thank you 🙏 for your tutorials and real- life tips on not limiting oneself to just doing nails, there are other avenues to make those duckets 💲💰 within the nail field. I can not tell you how much I appreciate all your tutorials and very helpful tips❣️
I love that Pearl and Crystal combo above the soft pink! This is such a soft and feminine look; I need to travel to where you are to get my nails done!💖💖💖
I appreciate you 💚🥰🙏🏾 You are a big help for a whole lot of us out here and we appreciate you and all of your advice and help 💚🥰 I've been doing my nails for a very very long time me and still have quotations so it's great to know I have someone other than my wonderful nail sisters who push and encourage me 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💙💙💙 So again thank you 🥰💚💪🏾💪🏾💯💯💯💯
I’m so happy I came across your video . I never met anyone that was so open , calm and willing to help especially now a days . So thank you , subscribed and believe in myself a little more today .
Thank you for your tutorial. I like the way you went step-by-step with everything even when the part when you said that don’t get mad at nail text if they don’t wanna tell you their secrets so how they do nails and stuff I like your content is very helpful.
Love videos like this would definitely love what a day in your life video, how you schedule your post days, and how as a business owner do you need to get overwhelmed ❤
Your outlook is refreshing - im Doing my third set ever today and chose to watch this video while I did it, and I really enjoyed it and I enjoyed the application and I feel like not only the tips but seeing your work be completed really helped me relieve slay on my nails. Thank you so much. I immediately subscribed.❤❤❤
Ur so helpful thank u this will definitely help me with my nail journey im a newbie to the art and love watching stuff like this that is there to help me ❤❤❤
My client sent me your set to recreate this set as press ons and I did and was so excited that you reposted me ❤ been watching since I started and your definitely an inspiration. And my client just asked for bad and boujie I’m about to order.
14:39 Not public service announcements! 😂 so funny! So so true tho! I mean when we say “you are all late” or “everyone is late” …promise your GOOD loyal clients are seeing those posts too and get hurt thinking you’re mixing them in with the ones who are late. We can’t make blanket statements or post about clients. Our clients trust us with their privacy and most appointments are filled with private conversation. So if we blast even something simple like people being late, that is also going to cause your loyal clients to wonder if they can trust you. Not just with your work, but with the personal information they share. For me, it’s a whole experience with my clients. I know all about their lives. And I’m sure they would feel hurt and disrespected and frankly Leery of sharing anything with me if I were posting that type of stuff. So this is extremely good advice, and another one of the reasons why I watch your channel. I know how to apply acrylic and do nails and run a business and have clients, so I don’t watch for that specifically, but I watch for, all of your advice and the things you talk about. I love your subject matter and content and honesty. Oh. And ofc the nails! lol! I just appreciate that you are real and talk about situations all of us face ❤
@@Stargirl-jy8rc I wouldn’t. I would reiterate to each client to be sure to read and agree to all my policies before coming. Then nothing else needs to be said or posted or anyone on blast. That’s what I do. And I have individual conversations with anyone I’m having an issue with. They know my policies so they know when they in the wrong. I guess that’s the best way to say it 💜
I've just discovered your channel and really appreciate that your all for helping other nail techs! This is what it should be like. I'm self taught but don't have confidence to get out there yet as I'm not confident they will last and I'll take too long but this year I'm working on that
You are my #1 nail inspiration artist!!! if I’m ordering anything for nails, I’ll go on your account and see what you got! Thank you for always explaining things, so clearly I love your work!!❤️❤️✝️
🤍 will definitely be recreating! I’ve been watching your videos since I began in 2020! You are one of few that really open up! Stay real & transparent! Keep inspiring! You damn sure continue to inspire me!🤍🤍🤍
Advice for beginners. There’s lots. I think watching YT channels is huge. Start there. If what you see air hear doesn’t make sense you’re just not there yet. That happened to me. I wouldn’t exactly be able to relate or fully understand some of the advice or things I was hearing. Like “practice”. So many people say that. “My advice is to practice” well I was practicing and it seemed that’s all everyone had to say. And I got frustrated with that. BUT ITS TRUE. Now that I’m about 3 years in I see that is the number one piece of advice. Practice. Every day. I would also hear things like don’t buy expensive stuff. Don’t start with long sets. But really I wasted so much money on cheap products my advice now would be to GET the good stuff to begin with. That way you’re teaching yourself with the product that’s working to it’s best potential and you’re not wasting $ and you don’t have to retrain yourself to use different products when you’re ready to advance. Just cut right to it. And not starting with long sets? I don’t really agree with that. Start with what makes you happy. With what keeps you interested. Just know that short sets ARE harder and you will need to practice them too if you plan on taking clients cause most clients can’t wear the long sets we want to do. I DREAM of clients like Tah’s that all come in for sets like these. So even 3 years in I see I need to take her advice here and basically manifest and think of the type of clients I want so I can get them. So again…watch UA-cam. Pay attention to what the OGs are telling you. That’s my advice ❤
Can you please show me how you take your photos videos of final look I feel like mines don’t come out too good like what settings your phone camera on and stuff like that
Do you have any nail kits for beginners that come with everything ? Such as the practice hand and the prep and some acrylics ? And what is the best nail drill to use as a beginner.
I’m just watching this while doing some simple nails at my house with old nail polish, I need to buy new nail polish had the clear dye found in the bag is very nice. It’s not thick as hell.
0:55 ❤❤ Tah. HOW do you get this filming angle? I have an Arkon mount. Camera a bit above my eye level. Good view of table and nails. But when I need to zoom while editing UA-cam NEVER loads those shots correctly (no matter if I film in 30, 60 or 4K on my iPhone) and it remains blurry forever. During editing it’s not blurry so I can’t tell till published if it’s going to do that. This angle seems the answer cause it’s prep I want zoomed in. Plz help! ❤
I’ve been trying to recreate this set sooooooooo many times and everyone just books basic… I think I’m gonna take your advice and take away basic sets because I want to do more fun extra sets
I loveee the video as alwaysss, Do you have any advice to make prepping time faster ? I always set up my tools before hand but prepping still takes me and hour 😭
As a beginner nail enthusiast hopefully soon to be nail tech I don’t like watching other beginner nail tech vids cause I want to get better not worse so I watch people like you or people that been doing nails longer to better myself no offense to other beginner nail techs or enthusiasts I’m jus being honest🤍🤍🤍
One advise I keeping tell my self as a beginner is to not rush through a set. Some of my clients got inpatient with me and started stressing me to finish.
I’m an amateur nail enthusiast since the pandemic. I love my nail sets to be anything but ordinary. I just can’t do plain nails. XXL or XL , mostly freestyle, multi colored and shiny. I watch nail techs because nail techs are pros. You learn best from the best. Why would you want to watch someone do it wrong, right? My acrylic application was lumpy in the beginning and I knew it, but I saw you and other people doing it right so I figured I’d get there one day.
Being jealous does nothing for us, it just fills our hearts with negative energy and that affects our creativity and mood. My mom taught me that.
I really appreciate how you teach and explain and share your knowledge with us, even us amateurs. Thank you!
I agree with your mom! Thank you for watching 💘 I can’t with the plain nails anymore 🤣
This reminds me of having a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. It can be very discouraging if you let the opinions, stance, and views others have of/with God change your perception of God and/or of yourself. In truth, God is love, He is loving (1 John 4:7-12), He is caring and cares for you (1 Peter 5:7), and though He is just, He generously forgives (Isaiah 55), He gives shelter, safety and rest to those who are weary and put their trust in Him (Matthew 11:28, Psalm 91), and Jesus is the only true sustenance for every breathing thing on this earth (John 1:1-3). and He wants a relationship with you
John 15:16 say:
You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit-fruit that will last-and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.
and 1 Peter 2:9 says:
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
No one is perfect of even deserving of these things Romans 3:23-25 says
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.
Ephesians 1:7 says
In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.
(Deuteronomy 8:3)
Jesus is the Word (John 1:1-3) and the Bread of Life (John 6:35) and I pray, we (exclusively including you) mayall be able to truly repent and turn from our old ways, accept the gift of Jesus Christ, His blood to drink, His skin to eat, and His death to live FOR, in, and through Him, and truly LIVE, and live for the beautiful, good, and breathtaking purpose God has for us all. and the unrighteous their thoughts.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11)

Sis you are me inspiration right now ….I am here daily watching you work girl 🙌🏽…. Thank you for sharing and helping

I love the shape of those nail n ofc love the set
0:55 ❤❤ Tah. HOW do you get this filming angle? I have an Arkon mount. Camera a bit above my eye level. Good view of table and nails. But when I need to zoom while editing UA-cam NEVER loads those shots correctly (no matter if I film in 30, 60 or 4K on my iPhone) and it remains blurry forever. During editing it’s not blurry so I can’t tell till published if it’s going to do that. This angle seems the answer cause it’s prep I want zoomed in. Plz help! ❤
I want you to do my nails again 🥹 these are so pretty

As a beginner nail enthusiast hopefully soon to be nail tech I don’t like watching other beginner nail tech vids cause I want to get better not worse so I watch people like you or people that been doing nails longer to better myself no offense to other beginner nail techs or enthusiasts I’m jus being honest🤍🤍🤍

One advise I keeping tell my self as a beginner is to not rush through a set. Some of my clients got inpatient with me and started stressing me to finish.
Thats beautiful!!
