These look delicious! I live in the US and I’ve never seen round zucchini. I don’t think they’re grown here. I imagine I could use cylindrical zucchini, mix the filling in a bowl, and stuff them after cutting them in half horizontally. MUST try this!

Look for Brice squash variety. It may be a trademark but easy to find the plants and seeds where I am in southern California
