System sensor low frequency sounder is set to code 3 and other one is hf low frequency sounder sets in continuous they sound perfect I wish I have one the low frequency sounder the fire alarms are perfect 👍 good job @s.e.r system I wonder what volts are
Wow! Good quality for alert sound warnings! I’ve seen the white Strobe like that at my hotel that I always go to!!! And I’m guessing it sounds like that so very cool sound but a little loud too
Thank you so much now I can put my school's fire alarm panel in March time!!! Yay i.love March time. Thank for panel code my school also use kidde so I can do!!
Since the fire panel was still reseting the relay had not gone back to normal so it would show a fault on the keypad because the zone is still activated but has been reset but the fault will go away once the panel is reset
Hello, today the school I go to had a fire drill but most of the alarms weren’t sounding. Normally all the fire alarms sound and the doors close but today that didn’t happen. The alarms only sounded near the fire panel but nowhere else and none of the doors closed. It seems as if none of the NAC extenders activated. Should I say anything to the school?
@@DAPchatt Okay but they actually did that yesterday. My school has notifier Nfs2-3030 that only has one hallway of alarms connected to the panel (by the way the alarms in a most of the school are System Sensor MA12/24 horn only devices set on 800hz with Gentex GXS strobes mounted below them). Each hallway has their own NAC extender connected to the relay. Apparently they used the drill button for the first time which does not activate the relay which ended up being the issue. The area with the MA horns you were able to still kind of hear the alarms because the alarm went off in the communal hallway just not the hallways connected to the communal hallway. There’s another portion of the school with SpectrAlerts (classics) that are on code 3 horn. The area with those alarms have fire doors that are always closed and you could not hear the alarm in that area. Because of this, they used the intercom to tell them to evacuate.
I really wish most places have these instead of those awful sounding Wheelocks DX (I have really bad Igniterreromophobia, so I can’t stand the really shrill alarms and dread them terribly)
I would have much preferred low frequency horns for fire drills when I was in school. I have autism so the "high" frequency ones would absolutely rape my ears 🙃
@@kylehill3643 oh there is a difference to a mini horn and a MC horn mini horn make a smoke alarm sound people seem to also respond to a smoke alarm sound probably purposely to sound like a smoke alarm
So is that as loud as it goes or is there another setting to actually make it alarm? When is the actual alarm? 🤔🛸🙃🙃 My review of actual effectiveness? 🤮😢
This has to be one of my favorite videos, I find those low frequency sounders quite awesome.
This is my favorite video of yours, I can’t get enough of the sweet sweet sound of a spectralert screaming in my ear 😌
I love watching your videos. Very thorough with your explanations.
I always loved these low frequency sounders. Nice video as always Grant!
Now THIS takes a whole new meaning on virtual fire drill!

I had a fire drill at my school today. The fire alarms at my school are EST Genesis alarms. Can’t get enough of them screaming in your ear.

The alarm sounds like code 3 + Continuous or should I call that Continuous 3 2:52

Yay new system test. I want one of those advance low frequency Sounders. Is there a 4 wire version?
This is the music so fun!!!!
In my opinion these are the sounds they should be making them sound like in classrooms or small rooms
Some day I plan to add a system in my house. (And add LF Sounders in bedrooms). Along with strobes in bathrooms.
Should I make the LF Sounders an AV?
When the alarm was on code 3 along with the other alarm being on continuous , the code three sound like the settings i have on my electric guitar
That sounds cool nice system set up!👍
That's awesome! Happy halloween!

The hotel I stayed at in Sharonville, OH had Spectralert Advance low frequency Sounders in the rooms but horn/strobes in the rest of the hotel.

You should say they need to contact their fire alarm contractor to get out there and run a diagnostic on the system

Why aren't low frequency sounders required on home smoke alarms?
5:13: How did you do make it do that whoop whoop only without the horn?

Why didn't the backlight for the security system keypad come on?

In Father Henry there was a fire warm anyways a drill
