- In this video I show you how to install the Pro Form foldable squat rack step by step. Make sure to watch the full video before starting your installation.

Here is a list of tools you will need that were NOT included with the squat rack itself:
1) Wrench
2) Drill
3) 5/16" Drill bit for pilot hole
4) 3/8" hex bit socket ( amzn.to/34PzFjE )
5) Level
6) Stud Finder

Been using this bench for 3 years and it is rock solid.
Buyer beware that it is extremely difficult to find rack attachments thats fully compatible with this rack even finding J-Cups will be an issue.
I would not recommend if you plan on adding any extra accessories such wall ball target, dip station, step up platform, Landmine attachments, leg roller, glider roller and on and on.
None of them will be compatible and you will have to settle down for 5/8 pin attachments that somehow will fit while being wobbly. Also notice there is absolutely no side holes its all front holes so you wont be able to have any attached accessories on the side of your rack.

That’s amazing. Both projects are actually in the same room. It’s a gym most days and a guest room when necessary! It’s such a great use of the space.

Does both side touches the floor? Then when you fold it can you lift it so it won't scratch the floor?

Do you need the floor mats to be installed first or can you do that later?
I would recommend having them installed first to make sure the rack is installed at the right height.
