Massing and Conceptualization Webinar (Re-Run)

Once you complete the space planning or have a rough idea, it's time to create a conceptual floor plan and roof to visualize the design. Before you spend too much time on the "perfect" floor plan, you will want to see the idea in 3D, including the roof since both the walls and roof are important for massing size and symmetry.
One of our design professionals will be hosting this session, covering the following outline using the Austin Sample Plan:
• Drawing Walls from the Conceptual Space Planning
• Building the Roof
• Massing - Adjusting Heights & Moving Walls
• Materials - Changing Wall Types & Other Key Exterior Elements
