  • Dry rub only (brown sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, onion powder). Smoked for 5 hours at 275°. Spritz with Apple cider vinegar/water mixture a few times. Hickory and Apple wood chips. Rest 30 minutes in foil. Don’t forget to remove the membrane before smoking!
