- Meat Loaf, the singer and actor, gave a panel at Steel City Con August 2021 to talk about his music, his various roles, his career and to answer fan questions. He also took a tumble coming onto the stage, but recovered and still gave his panel to the fans. He seemed quite embarrassed that he fell, but made light of it.
Meat Loaf is known for his music with such albums as Bat Out of Hell, Bat Out of Hell II: Back into Hell, Dead Ringer, Bat Out of Hell III: The Monster is Loose, Braver Than We Are and more. A couple of his most famous songs are Paradise by the Dashboard Light and I Would Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That). Plus he has appeared in such movies as The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Fight Club, Wayne’s World, Formula 51 and shows such as Ghost Wars, Glee, The Outer Limits and Nash Bridges.

About the 13:49 mark he is joking around with my 13 yr old niece and 15 yr old daughter for leaving. Later during the autograph he told them again about leaving.🥰 Such a beautiful man. RIP Mr. Meat Loaf
He's a funny guy. What did you mean about he talked to them about leaving again at the autograph signing? I don't get it. Can you please help me understand? 🤗
I have a question. Was he joking when he said people are stupid? Sometimes I don't get those jokes.
@@Barbie_All_The_Way Yes, we went to get his autograph and he remembered my daughter and niece from his Q and A panel getting up and walking out during it. SO he was joking around with them about it.
@@Barbie_All_The_Way honestly I don't remember in what context he said "people are stupid. " But trust this Mr. Meatloaf was a hell of a guy so he meant no harm by it.

I missed his Q&A but certainly waited to meet him. I think he's a man looking for love and relevance. He struck me as a man who acts like that guy at the bar who drinks a couple and then talks about stuff not many care about or didn't ask for. During my meeting with him I could barely get a word in. I'm not putting him down. He was just interesting. Maybe he's like me more than I realize. Also Because Rocky Horror took place in Denton, USA I wanted him to write "No place is better than Denton, USA." He twice refused in his own weird way. He wrote everything except USA. He did talk how he went to college in Denton, TX. I did give him a copy of my family's meatloaf sauce recipe lol.
considering his acting and singing skills, he would have made a great supporting character in Streets Of Fire. Jim Steinman wrote the 2 most profound songs and an additional song in place of I Can Dream Without You would have fit the somber tone of the ending much better IMO.
It's interesting though because his arrangement of Nowhere Fast just doesn't work.

I told them not too! However they only came in to check in with me because I told them where I would be and where they better be at so and so time. As for the other ppl idk @MVerdoux

How do you mean? We don't speed up footage, though we sometimes cut out some during long introductions or recovery time.
Meatloaf tripped and fell up the stairs that day. It seems that was edited out.
