Beautiful street package! Would be interesting to see the potential of that trans controller to pair a ZF with even something like an RB30 or an Aussie 5L, would make a huge difference cruising rather than using a 3-speed
I’m 100% supportive of the modified high hp shitboxes, prefer building the more sentimental or nostalgic cars rather than purchasing an overpriced status symbol, hence why I still own my first car. However i think it’s important that when criticising or comparing power to weight, we don’t forget that those cars from factory will flawlessly put the power to the ground, without needing slicks/radials or a prepped track. Not to mention they can do it repeatedly and don’t risk breaking the driveline. Also from factory they have brakes and suspension to stop more than adequately with their power
he should be tied to the hills hoist and thrashed with in an inch of his life for sticking a Ford engine in a Holden, why not keep it with a v8 Holden or LS the Barra thing has been done to death, im sick of skylines, a 1000hp is pretty easy these days where are the hard core LS guys who do what they can to make max HP you don't see any 3000-3500hp LS like they do in the USA cant say ive seen any barras or RB, and jz's making that, these days its whack on a turbo and thrill the school boys with 1000hp disappointing
Wow... how much does pulsar pay you? I have to say, I'm really disappointed in this channel now, I'm finding it hypocritical. Firstly, what happened to supporting Aussies and Aussie owned businesses? Furthermore, Iv been watching plenty of videos and dyno runs(roller&hub) on how much Rwkw people make and pulsars are on the very bottom in the " cheap copy range" - which you've also just proven having to run around 30psi to make 580Rwkw on a built engine!!! Im sorry but that's hardly impressive. There are guys out there making far more on less psi with Gt35 Turbos & stock engines.
The proof is in the pudding, 580kw from a budget turbo 🤷♂️ Will they make an extra 20kw peak with a Garrett? Sure... but at triple the cost. I'm 100% behind promoting the quality Aussie gear, but it's also horses for courses. For something like this a Garrett G-Series probably isn't warranted.
Congratulations Karen. You just made next episode of Bench Torque. Go fund the channel while these guys fork out thousands to provide you with FREE content until an Australian turbo manufacturer or one of the high end companies like Garrett sponsor the channel.
John never mentioned Garrett m8, he is talking Aussie turbos which do make more power and aren't necessarily as expensive as a Garrett- which is not an Aussie product by the way. Your right, the proof is in the pudding, the pulsar making only that much power on a hub with a built engine with that much psi perfectly illustrates my point! If your running such high psi with this pulsar then technically your leaning on the turbo way too much. Intake temps would be insane!! The turbo is reaching its max limit, essentially its true potential is not actually 580rwkw more likely 500rwkw hub & 400rwkw roller or less, which will maintain it in its compressor map so as not to wring its neck so to speak, a bad thing for any turbo. If you want to make more serious power then your completely limited with a pulsar, hence why its cheap!! I would have preferred to see that engine at its full potential, especially after all of the effort they made to build it. If they or an average bloke (not sponsored by pulsar) want to make 600+ they'll then have to purchase yet another turbo which will then cost more again. If you want serious power without stressing the turbo to its maximum capacity then your better off spending a little more and getting it right in the first place. ...saving money in the long run. I've worked with turbos for years!!
@@nicksufo2565as a matter of fact they were actually supported by ATP Turbos which is an Aussie company but suddenly Pulsar has taken center stage. FYI pulsar is buying out alot of channels. Furthermore..Karen, the facts are the facts but only for those who really appreciate and understand turbos.

Fuck yeah George, this build is a credit to ur workmanship.
Love this content.
That's a whopping big figure for a street car that drives nicely. Turbo and ECU technology has come such a long way.
Good to see the man threw the Casio back on just not the same without it 😂
Can't wait for the next episode. Fullboost + George = Greatness 😁

UA-cam zero to 60.
THey do 8speed auto conversions, i think theyve mated one to rb and 2Jz and recently a 79series.
Perfect build! This would scare the crap out of anyone on the street
790hp and it plays nicely on the street, nice build

That's cool. Most people wouldn't understand that is more power the most Lamborghini's Ferraris and McLarens and porches..
Those cars do a lot more than go in a straight line 👍

Do you have a list of the engine parts used
Nearly as swole as George 😂❤
He has more body fat though , take that shirt off and Luke would be leaner
I am in the worst shape of my life lol l don't think so... 😂
@@fullboost I meant the cars power level is swole like George 👍.
