This game feels like a breath of fresh air as an older Cod player. I can always understand people who feel differently but in my experience, it feels very solid and only is getting better. Looking forward to the future of this game tbh.
Ehhhh it plays just like any other modern fps. Apex, mw3, 2042, split gate, halo infinite, and payday lol. A Breath of fresh air for me would be a shooting game like bf4,1 or 5 now with that movement style and levolution. Every fps nowadays just plays fast and flashy. Don’t forget your signature slidessss lolololol

It's so funny that GSK's passive is their helmets actually blocking bullets, while any sort of headgear in Siege doesn't do anything lol
What's even funnier is that in the earlier days of Siege, hitboxes weren't standardised and GSG9's entire helmet was their head hit box. So having big helmets made them MORE vulnerable to headshots

Well as far as it seems you still take the same amount of body damage, so the headshot reduction is situational/doesn't help in every fight like the phantoms HP increase does.
@@kalleanka2796 On top of that, the shield is their ult. Phantom has it as a regular ability. Pairing Phantom and GSK together on teams might be crazy.

@@KlngVJames You dont have to top frag to be top score as long as you play a decent amount of objective but yeah if someone is 30 kills ahead of everyone else they should have top score because theyre making it way easier for the people on the objective. Its correctly balanced right now I think.

@@edicius8445ehh I was also having fun with it but I saw that they take ping into consideration when matchmaking and that makes it take 2 mins+ for me to get into a match. Not really worth it when it’s just cod with abilities.
Man this is super exciting CoD or Rocket League never listen to their players. Rocket League's entire promotional video will basically just be them showing off the battle pass, whereas in XDefiant the battlepass is secondary to the focal point of the update. Genuinely a breath of fresh air

@@carlospitteri3146 They can actually offer better training customization. Like, dribbling courses, aerial obstacles, or obstacles in the net to improve shot accuracy. Hell, they could make mini games with friends like "darts" and stuff.

Still big issue with it no death coms, coms before with other team, between rounds, and after game. As well as no killcams and no final killcams. Thats like half the fun missing and what makes S&D fun

@cf8979 for new players it is definitely a nice thing but for the long term it becomes an unplayable mess , as everyone gets better ur just getting put in lobbies with no chill , its not a fun experience for anyone , it ruins the whole purpose of pubs , its a long list of reasons I could talk about it for ages but pretty much its a terrible system just protecting bad players

They should add that you can equip the mastery camos on other legendary skins for example like cod with blueprints and camos. This would make the grind much more rewarding imo

Definitely very excited to get into season 1! Hopefully with season 1 also comes with some fixes towards hit registration. It doesn't kill the game for me, but it's definitely very annoying. Appreciate all the hard work the devs have put in so far.
They are focused on adding new content but cant even fix one of the most important aspects of a competitive FPS game its so embarrassing.

It’s so satisfying when I see myself being the top player having less kills than half the team but I played phantom and was on the obj the whole time. My favorite part about the game.

@@HazeyNath Because COD is the biggest shooter game. Mark Rubin created the best COD games. XDef uniform is very similar to CoD and the very game that could compete with it (hence its called the cod killer) and lastly COD have been derailing so bad over their last titles.

@D.H.1082 He's an ex cod pro who was part of one of if not the most dominant cod teams of all time. He's there to give input and make sure things like spawns and weapon balancing work as intended among other stuff. Basically just a different perspective than what devs would have since he understands shooters on a higher level.

Why is no one bunny hopping and flying around like Airbenders in this video? This is not indicative of the actual gameplay at all.
Because all of the devs are casuals. Most devs are never good at their own game. Hell, even aches is washed and he’s an ex pro. The community clips had some people using movement. They’re aware of how the game plays out. They’re aware that a skill gap will exist. The movement is 100% in a good place now. You either adapt by hitting your shots more or learning the movement yourself. Or you acknowledge the skill gap between you and other people. Simple really.

GSK is going to get nerfed less than a month in. What do you mean a sniper needs 2 headshots?! This game is all about landing headshots, and if you nullify that, they always have advantage state in gunfights.
And players were complaining about 20 extra HP on phantoms, ain't no way everyone isn't going to run GSK as soon as they can.
Sniper still 1 shot to upper body
They are wearing a helmet it makes sense. They don't need to listen to people complaining about everything.

Shotguns need buffs. I might as well use harsh language
The code doesn't work. Nerf the sniper flinch. Not nearly enough. Shooting someone 4 times and they hit a headshot. Add saveable weapon builds for each gun as a skin. Game text chat needs the entire lobby along with death comms. And post game chat.

I love how "OP" every ability is. I'm worried players are going to complain and complain and in 1 years time every ability will be dogshit. Tends to happen
Not a nerf but a rework. Make it to where only the users and the area around the user gets the wallhacks. As it stands the whole team gets it which allows you to be killed cross map by someone with really no business getting the jump on you. Keep it to the player and the surrounding players..

Guys! Please allow us to equip our mastery skins on weapon skins we purchase! People will not spend money on cool skins when they have free mastery camos that look good. Almost every other title has this feature. You’re hurting the games sales by not having this feature in game already! I don’t want to see this game abandoned because you aren’t making enough revenue. Please consider what I’ve suggested! Not being able to see our attachments on gun skins also sucks but that isn’t as important as the first part of my comment.

Bro there weapon skins for a reason not weapon blueprints bro. The reason you can use gold over your flower shotgun is because it already has a skin on it. It's your choice if you wanna rock gold or the flower or whatever camo u use. And in not trying to stereotype. But the people that spend money on skins usually don't have enough time in there day to grind out skins. But I'm glad you just wanna see the game do good to bro. Just in my opinion I think the camos you paid for have there look for a reason and wouldn't wanna ruin it with gold over it
