You guys should check out Western Range Camps trailers. Part modern RV and part old school sheep camp. They even have wood burning stoves with the larger stove option having a baking box in it for full cooking without burning fuels you have to haul in with you. Don't know of anybody else making anything comparable but its a pretty sweet concept for extended backcountry stays
Wow! You seriously undersold number 14 the Freightliner. The inside tour, slide out panels, raised roof and deck, just to name a few. 198k but it is awesome.
I like number 14, in blue please! I always think about living in a camper someday, and my requirements include a bathroom and a shower inside the camper! I really enjoy the videos y’all make!
15 looks great to spend a vacation in. 9 looks good to, 7 is luxury ahaha. 5 is cool, like my kind of family cap, 3 is like a permanent traveling home, It's hard to choose a favourite 1, but when i think like a businessman, 3 would be my favourite of all.
Lots of interesting and a few very odd designs. Was surprised to be reminded of Airstreams’ first self-propelled RV, (7:45) the 1974 “Argosy” (pronounced with the emphasis on the first syllable: AR-go-see). Today we’re so accustomed to seeing the shiny metal Airstream trailers.
Great vid guys!!!! I can't say I loved any of these but they were crazy!! I'm amazed some of them survived on the road! Also on a side note, the live streams are great to check out!
You showed the interior of only two out of 15 campers. Please, more interiors please. It’s interesting to see how things are fitted into these campers.
My favourites are the Argosy, the one that was converted from a Corvair and the metal cube Japanese one on the back of a Toyota truck but in general there is something very pleasing and genious about most of these RVs. The fact that I'm tired of paying rent might have something to do with my warmth towards them. :D :D :D
Awesome video! I'm all for functional purpose and practicality. The RVs that interest me the most are (15) the Vixen 21, (12) the Citroen CX Penthouse, (10) the Corvair Ultra Van, (6) Bowlus Road Chief, (1) Airstream Argosy motorhome.
#13 - The Shamrock-Away was in a junkyard near St. Louis, MI (Michigan, not Missouri) in 2010; made an appearance in 2011 at the Buick Club National Meet in Flint, MI, and then was moved to Breckinridge, MI by 2013 when it was listed for sale in Hemmings Motor News by Dick Shelley. After that, it appears to have gone to a 'private junkyard' near St. Louis, MI where the owner was asking $10k for it in 2017.
Hello. I enjoyed the odd campers. I had a 1978 Barth class C very rare fully equipped three gas tanks set on an F350 frame and made out of aircraft aluminum, all were special ordered with all the options. Not too many were made, I guess because of the price. I have never seen another one anywhere. Bye now.
If I had the money to do it; I would by a double decker bus and turn it into an awesome rv. I would gut out the motor and underside and make it electric with a power wall for off grid camping.
if 15 had a slinky type mid section to create a U shaped design when parked if the sides had a van sliding door when opened a floor would bridge the slinky style U gap of the vehicle creating an A style camper 🤔
I've been in the#3 Peacemaker before it's retro style is great I have pics of the inside and outside of it . It reminds me of (Zuma) Neil Young's tour bus !
what about the small truck campers from the 80s and early 90s? i think nissan and toyota had their small trucks custom made into campers and were made into small duallys to help with the added weight. i want to see something like that again but we in the US need a small truck in which case im excited to hear that ford might be making a smaller than the ranger truck for us!
not sure why but I see the stinger then lighter pops up in my head must have been that as seen on TV military grade lighter😂 this is not an ad😂😂😂 just for emergencies but if not used frequently you might misplaced it then panic and not find it but as humans a hammer is a hammer and if I can get a light with a hammer so be it 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I have actually been inside The Peacemaker bus there are actually two of them now they belong to the "12 tribes" a religious cult / hippie Community type. Organization. They are excellent and Woodworking and making all kinds of unique items they also have a large boat somewhere up in the Canadian border above New York
Thanks for watching everyone! 😍

thank you for that! I was so confused when he didn't go into detail, that looks totally awesome!!!

These all really had some unique looks to them
I wish I could see pictures of the interior of the vehicles.
I agree. While they look nice on the outside, what matters (or should matter) is what's on the inside.

Amazing!!!! I love the one that lifts to reveal the sleeping quarters on top. Absolutely breathtaking

The SHAMROCKAWAY was a rolling land mark from Alma Mi I remember seeing it daily as a young man
Toyota camper was way ahead of its time.looks like a baby unimog💪
I'd live in several of these but I love # 9. It looks like a shuttle from Star Trek TNG!

The campers are all totally awesome. I love #14

Im about that #12 even though is kind of looks like a hearse
That Japanese folding one is really special, if you can find it again. Everything downstairs, tatami mat up stairs.
I actually remember seeing that first one for sale at the BMW dealers. I saw them around Washington DC area back in 1987.
Wow, these are all super. I'll take one of each. Just have to wait until that long lost, rich relative remembers me in his will.
Or that lucky lottery ticket
or pch!

Oh! #1 definitely the Argosy
I like 14 and 5 I would be happy with either one...

Had 2 Argosy motorhomes, have a 30' Revcon Buckingham , 68 Airstream trailer & Airstream 33' Landyacht motorhome currently.

All campers, rvs were cool. I would own any of them
If I had the money to do it; I would by a double decker bus and turn it into an awesome rv. I would gut out the motor and underside and make it electric with a power wall for off grid camping.
Tons of people make some insane bus builds
I really like looking at campers!
good video
To be honest i would live in any of them!!! Lol. I'm also looking forward to seeing what awaits me in the next video!!!!
I love me that H Van
Nice campers 👌
#12 has my favorite look
Nobody : That Coaster Tremor has some rough edges !
Coaster Tremor : That my friend, is stealth technology !
I Iove the bus one
My favorite is number 3
Im about that #12

GREAT JOB ON THIS ONE
#5 & #3
I loooooooooVe your lazy friendly laid back accent 😄
no 5 for norwegian conditions. takk og farvel
I'll take The vixen or Argosy
The Vixen is nice
@@millenniumxdtvmediaandarts1679 I agree, although the hinged roof kinda kills the overall anesthetic of the rest of the RV, but that's my opinion.
I saw the peacemaker in Louisville ky
#6
Tinfoil Twinkie !
@5:44
If I had gotten my hands on this vehicle, I'd have done a conversation to 6x6
I do own a 1974 Airstream Argosy Motorhome!
I wish I had the money and skill to build my own on one of those Argosi Airstreams.
Love the last one..ARGOSY!AIRSTREAM?❤
Good choice!
At $185,000.00, they can keep the Bolus Road Chief!
I would want either the Audi at 2:40 or the Coaster Tremor
Where do you find these photos the are great
The red "fire truck on steriorids" I think is a f650! (Yes they exist)
Argosy…..yes!
Yes. Would like to buy one of them. Can you have it delivered in India ?
The ShamRockAway is rusting away in a field so no pictures of the interior will ever be found. There's no interior left in it.
Probably true, unfortunately
What some old campers you gave me
yes
3
I never see the Chevy Blazer Chalet in these vids. An option in 76-78 I believe.
Corvair UltraVan is Quirky Qool
I'll take number 13
Cool vid!👍
Thank god he didn’t show the interior. I just hate looking at the insides of unique campers. Real top drawer work dude.
It would have been great to see inside since outside pictures don’t really matter.
Says "It's what's inside that counts" doesn't show the inside.
Most of the them nothing is shown inside.
Quite disappointing.
Number 5 is not a 1992 ford truck ,but in fact a 1999 to 2006 ford super duty chassis
what's the make of number 14?
Please check the video description for more info.
I want to make my own one
My only dream a motor home
I saw one a guy took a front wheel drive caddy cutoff body and dropped a 16ft camp trailer on it. Concept good execution was a bit rough
not sure why but I see the stinger then lighter pops up in my head must have been that as seen on TV military grade lighter😂
this is not an ad😂😂😂
just for emergencies but if not used frequently you might misplaced it then panic and not find it
but as humans a hammer is a hammer and if I can get a light with a hammer so be it 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Can’t believe you missed the TransVan?
Video are better when all items are in the same category. Ie one ups vs production models
the aurgosee.....
SHOW US THE INTERIOR!!!
Wheres Cassy?
The video needs more inside photos. Could be more interesting.
0:50 the dude in the back mirror with his shirt off
When reviewing campervan, please note people like to see the inside of the vans, stopped watching after no 10
IF YOU WANT TO GET AWAY FROM IT ALL YOU PROBABLY SHOULD NOT HIDE OUT IN 14. YOU WOULD BE SPOTTED A MILE AWAY. LOL
What's the point if we can't see the inside.
Try and get rid of the commercials... Waste of time. It's not like I'm telling you something you haven't heard of. Good vids though... Thanks

Need to have pics of the inside, otherwise don’t bother posting.
15배 더 미친 이영자! 우리는 당신이 (결혼을) 시도할거같아요 확신!
omg
был когда то ну очень сумасшедший лагерь, который вы точно не хотели бы попробовать
Ford
... we don't get to see the inside? Later.
Waste of time you had no pictures of the inside
None? I'm sure there were some. We can only use what's available. Thanks for watching.
Can you get rid of the computerized countdown voice on these videos and use a real person?
Also it's AR go sy. Not ar GO sy
Senza sottotitoli sarebbe stato molto meglio, visto che non sapete l'italiano
Video of other people's pictures?? Wtf guy? Cmon
Yaght like shape? Yikes looks more like a dumpster with an engine🤣💩💩
Why to have a helipad on your camper van, if you can land it right next to it?
Just plainly most stupid idea I ever seen.
no inside shots.. stopped watching
