Not the Nine O'Clock News - Rowan Atkinson Songs of Praise Sketch

First up today it’s a birthday post for British comedy legend Rowan Atkinson. Rowan first appeared on our screens in 1979 in a comedy short followed by this series, Not the Nine O’Clock News, which premiered on the 16th October 1979. This clip is from the fourth and final series in 1982. Of course Rowan also introduced us to Blackadder in the 80s, the second series (from 1986) was just repeated on BBC1 - which goes to show how timeless the comedy is.
