500g all-purpose flour
15g fresh yeast
5g sugar
260ml water
Filling:
500g minced pork
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce

是不是可以掺一点低筋粉试试看?欧洲正相反,面粉筋度都偏低,蛋白质到12就算高的
