Stir fry, once pork browns, Add: 3 Tbs Dark soy sauce 3 rock sugar Water to cover the meat Add the lid and bring to Boil Add: 1 tsp Five spice powder Peeled hardboiled Eggs Stir to cover eggs in sauce Cover and simmer for 15 more minutes Stir well, simmer for another 15 mins Garnish with spring onions and enjoy!

How much 5spice power to put? If no rock sugar, how much white sugar to put?
