Happy Boating :-)
Excellent. We look forward to hearing about your changes. We too, are sending out a video here in a week or two to shift gears so to speak and tell everyone what we are going to be up to BEYOND THE LOOP! Happy New Year!
Great! I'll look forward to learning more about your future plans as well. Hopefully it's still going to be of the floating variety 😉
Cheers and all the best for '25!
Thanks for sharing Paul, Happy New year and looking forward to see what's coming up
Happy New Year to you too! Stay tuned!
I’m thinking it’s a loop coming!! And if so I can’t wait for that content! I enjoy all of your footage and this will be like a tv series for me. Lol!
ua-cam.com/video/1CkyrYdHggM/v-deo.htmlsi=m0Jri7r4Z9Iwbbgb 🤠
I remember this video but things can change and a subscriber can dream right 😂😂😂😂
@@kenyattac3239 Yes sir, things can absolutely change, and it's a change of heart towards our future boating life that has brought us to our current decision. Stay tuned, as it's going to take awhile to make all the pieces come together 😀
We're getting ready for 3 weeks of Caribbean cruising and a couple of weeks on the Florida coast to break up the "off season". GO LIONS!
Florida sounds pretty nice these days. I never mentioned it on this video, but we got hit with an inch shy of Two Feet of snow last weekend + frigid temps now 🥶 Sadly, we haven't had a chance to head to the Sunshine State in 7 years, but that's okay as we put that $$ towards upgrading the boat & house makeovers.
Not sure what the lions are, but best of luck with that!
@@BoatingWithBoogaboo Detroit Lions...but then you're all into the NHL and the Maple Leafs, eh? I've been waiting 60+ years for a football season we could get interested in here in Michigan. Sounds like your boating world is once again evolving. Good luck with whatever direction it goes.
@@jrschantz Not sure who 'you're all' are, but yes, Anchor Girl & I were followers of the Make Beliefs back in the day, but haven't followed their antics since the mid 80's. I got tired of those overpaid children going on strike for more and more money, so they lost me.
Now, if you had mentioned the Red Wings, that would have rung a bell in my old brain. Especially now with the Canadian government is building the longest cable stay bridge in North America ( www.gordiehoweinternationalbridge.com/en ) across the Detroit River between Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan. Appropriately, it's named the Gordie Howe International Bridge, in honour of the Canadian boy who played 25 seasons for the Red Wings.
I Don't think he ever played football though 😉
@@BoatingWithBoogaboo Ahh...a Wings fan from over yonder. Seems the recent coaching change has given them new life...and yes, it's amazing the size of the contracts given to pro sports players.
🎉Happy New Year to you two!🎉
Wishing you a great 2025
Stay happy. Stay safe . Peace.
Thanks so much, we hope you have a great year too!
Can’t wait to hear about your next adventures. Can’t wait to see your next Boogaboo. I’m looking forward to taking more adventures on Lake Erie for us in 2025
Thanks for watching, we're excited to hear what you come up with for '25!
Happy New Year to the both of you. Maybe a North channel adventure to come ? Will be watching to see your new adventures. For us doing the Trent Severn for the first time this summer.on our 330 sundancer :)
Happy New Year to you too! We'll definitely be going north, but not to the North Channel this year. We've got a few plans to complete before heading that way, so stay tuned.
Not sure where/how far you'll be traveling along the lovely Trent Severn Waterway, but check out my playlist from our 2019 cruise ( ua-cam.com/play/PLKhjT5kr2l2G84JrEMuOo4xxjSxoRWL3U.html ) as we traveled the entire 240 miles/386 km - both ways. And, best part for you is that we did it aboard our (then) 330 Sundancer. That was a great trip!!
Happy New Year to you and your family. Anchor girl is awesome!!! Can't wait to see what happens next!!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
The first part of our grand scheme will be announced in the coming weeks 🤓
@BoatingWithBoogaboo excited 🤗🤗🤗🤗😁😁😁😁😁
Awesome!!! Can’t wait to see what’s coming up.
Hoping to have an update over the next couple of weeks - for the first part, anyway 😉
@ and we have the Chicago Boat Show this weekend. We are going tomorrow.
Excellent. It's that time of year for the Boat Shows. Have fun!!
Look forward to see what you both have planned! Have fun at the boat show!!
We're excited about these changes too!
On a side note, Anchor Girl asked me why we haven't seen any videos from you recently 🙄
Not much going on with the little boat right now. Haven’t had time to do any winter projects on it, but hopefully soon! I miss shooting and editing videos! Living boating life vicariously through you and Jeff!🤣🤣
@WiscoBoater No worries. Even one of your walk around the marina or watching the ships coming in are always welcome - but those big ships are probably laid up now for the season. . .
If you are looking for more fun boating content, check out the Retired Boater channel. Frank does a lot of cruising along the Rideau Canal and he's planning a major trip through the entire TrentSevernWaterway and into Georgian Bay next summer, so that should be fun. Plus, he has a Sea Ray, so that should be enough reason to follow 😜
@@BoatingWithBoogaboo I keep missing the big boats coming in! LOL...just had one come in this morning and I couldn't get down there. I'll check out the Retired Boater Channel tho! Sounds interesting...thanks Paul!😎
Happy New Year you two!!!!
Happy New Year to you too! 🎉
And so the new boat will bigger!
Maybe bigger, maybe smaller. Maybe both 😏
Paul,
I'm looking at a boat with the 7.4s. How is the routine maintenance accessibility on those motors.
The engine size isn't going to be the issue. Rather, the boat size will be the determining factor. Our last boat, a 1998 Sea Ray 330 Sundancer was equipped with twin 7.4 MerCruisers and although everything was very tight, I was able to do my oil changes ( ua-cam.com/video/KLM20KW1kAc/v-deo.htmlsi=PUPhASXEw9x3NzMH ) and tunes ups with minimal injuries 😉
Our current 370 Sundancer has the identical engines setup, but with the extra bean on the boat, it makes life one heck of a lot easier ( ua-cam.com/video/2lt63YEqO3Q/v-deo.htmlsi=dcG9yfqg9p8gfKfL ).
I'm not thinking it's the loop based on what you guys have shared in the past. That would be a surprising change in my opinion.
I'm thinking you're thinking the right thing 😉But don't tell anyone I mentioned that, as I like to keep everyone guessing. . .
Sounds like a LOOP!
I guess you'll have to stick around to see what we get up to 🫣
@@BoatingWithBoogaboo I knew that a LOOP was in your future. AWESOME!
Hopefully I’ll see you at boat show and hopefully at Craig’s booth
Not sure what day we're going, just gonna drive there and back home this time, no hotel reservations needed. So, no firm date...
We are moving our boat from port Dover on Lake Erie to wye heritage this year ! Big move
@DarcyCole That is a big move! I think you're gonna love being in The Bay. Lots of great boating up there.
@ well hopefully we can run into you along our travels , I’m sure we ll be heading to the trent as well
You bought a sailboat? You’re taking the boat to Florida?
I think that's what is called projection 😂 Stay tuned for updates as we move forward with our plans John...
@ you’re moving to Switzerland with Whoopie Goldberg……lol…looking forward to the big news
Sounds like selling a boat and buying another one!
Another 'ONE'?? 😜
