@@californiamechanic5593 When I plugged the fans into my negative and relay my amps cut off, they work fine when I take them out of the remote and use the power instead but they stay in :(
Try running your remote wire off of your fuse box.... when you shut the key off. the power will go off ... run ground from fan separate from the car amplifier
Cuz you use the remote to the stereo try finding a ignition wire that shuts off and on with the key those work better then hook your amplifiers to that same wire and the fan everything will come on when you turn the key on
I know what I'm doing, is always a bad omen for when you know you are doing something you know you shouldn't be doing. It's best to always disconnect the car battery ground cable or same as negative ( - ) side , to avoid any sparks or shorts or worse a fire. Trust me, it happens so don't skip that step no matter what anyone tell's you. If they want to do it to their vehicle then that's fine, but don't have to take that short cut because in the end,it may cost you a-lot more.
I hear where you're coming from but at the same time if you're stupid enough to let your car positive ground out and cause a fire and if you're too scared to get in there and stop the fire and then that's your problem but I recommend doing it the safest you feel possible
I will put what i want were I want it ...i am not putting my car together for you... This is how I want it...so keep that too yourself if have you have any problems come see me
This just made so much sense man I appreciate it
Thank you for the step by step, I thought I had to get a relay for my fans
You only need relays if you got a 2 stage fan
